Hello, I was using Figma well as an educational account until last year.I'm trying to re-certify it because it's expired, but it says "Over the verification limit" and I can't authenticate it anymore.I expect it to have expired because I couldn't check the email to re-authenticate.I'm having a lot of hard time because collaboration is not possible. Hello!I’m currently trying to integrate the prototype to my site using Embed API. As it was requested in the instruction, I’ve created a new application, added allowed embedded origins and inserted iframe tag with prototype URL (including client-id field in order to enabled Embed API). However, it seems that my origin settings aren’t propagated to the iframe. Whenever I click to the prototype inside the iframe, my browser logs an error message into the console. From what I already discovered, allowed_embed_origins field always comes with null value, regardless of the settings I set. Please take a look My embed API settings, application isn’t published and is still set to “private” Error messages (they’re the same on any of the specified origins) Reproduced in latest Chrome and Firefox browsers

hey, my name is kms and i am developer i developed an app and i used Figma for designing prototype of my app.I mistakenly logout all Gmail account from my laptop and there was a Gmail account on that used for connecting to Figma.after some days my Figma get logout so i try to login again but i forget my Gmail account that i used for Figma. i try man times to get back the Figma account i get failure all time to get remember my account.after finding more account i find that i share my designing prototype to another account share link of prototype from main accounti request to figma support team just help me to get gmail account so i login again.

I have cancelled the single month professional subscription and need to return to the free account straight away but it seems the subscription runs for the full moth rather than reverting straight away. Can this be actioned now please as anyone else that is trying to look at the 3 free pages is being blocked and asked to purchase a professional plan seat. Can you please make the account a free one right away and take away all reference to the professional plan? 

In files view, my slide deck has no preview image. It’s jst blank white. And I see no option to set the thumbnail like is available for regular files.

The Prototype UI shifts left and offsets so the side menu is inaccessible until I reload the page.This is the start page: What happens when the design prototype goes back to the start page after I have moved forward a page: I have attached a video capturing the maladaptive behavior. 

En el area de archivo o File tengo un frame con el nombre de card, el frame tiene imagen y cuerpo. En el cuerpo tengo integrados titulo, tag wrapped, texto y un botón. el problema que se me presenta es que al momento de ordenar estas herramientas se organizan de abajo para arriba en vez de arriba para abajo, el principio lo ignoré, pero ahora que inserto un botón en el frame el botón se inserta al revés 

I’ve created many patterns. Some with vectors. Some with bitmaps. They appear fine in Figma, but when I hit “play” in my prototype, they don’t appear. To make it more weird, they sometimes appear. Like, I had it appear for a while. Then it stopped appearing in the browser, but appeared in the figma “play” part. Then is stopped appearing all together. I think this is a bug.Has anyone found a fix for this? 

Hello, I'd like to switch my team to the Free plan from the Edu plan but keep my personal account on the Edu plan.

Hello Figma Support Team, We have observed since today morning an intermittent issue in Figma where certain screens do not load properly when we are logged into the our account. When this happens, the page becomes unresponsive, and we are unable to click or interact with any elements on the screen. Note that this behavior is not observed that when we are NOT logged into the account. This issue occurs randomly and disrupts our workflow. Currently, the only workaround we have found is to reload the page or close and reopen the file. I have attached a screenshot for reference to show how the issue appears. Could you please help us identify the cause and suggest a permanent or alternative solution? Let us know if any additional details are required from our side. 

We are using the licensed Font Awesome in our team. Recently I started to use Figma Make but it turns all the FA icons into regular text. I have flatten the icons to shape layer before adding to Figma Make; but it’s not very sustainable for the long run. Has anyone managed to connect FA or any other font in the FM guidelines?

Hello,I submitted an OAuth app for review, got rejected because reviewer hit OAuth app with client id [clientID] doesn't exist error. I triple-checked the ClientID, they match. For review, the app is set Public (but not listed in community).I tested it myself (same environment) before and after submitting for review, it works just fine, meaning that the difference is in the fact that I'm in the Figma team that owns the app, but your reviewer is not.The OAuth flow works correctly for the app owner, but external users cannot authenticate until the app is approved.I’ve submitted a request for assistance, but getting ignored. Looking for help.

I noticed a new system prompt restriction in the Make environment: "You must not write migration files or DDL statements...".This limitation breaks my production environments. My workflows explicitly depend on the LLM's ability to interpret database schemas and make structural decisions for active calculation engines.Disabling this capability renders the tool ineffective for complex operations. I request the removal of this constraint to restore functionality.

In Figjam, when I draw a connector from one shape to another, it only wants to snap to the leading edge. Sure I can drop the arrow near to one of the other sides, but it’s not attached to that shape, so won’t follow it if I move the shape. Is this a know bug? 

I'm creating a Text Input and I have an icon that can change to a badge, for example. However, when I swap the icon for the badge, it inherits the border radius from the Text Input's property and doesn't keep the badge's.Example: The Instance Swap has 0px, and the badge has a 4px border radius. When I do the instance swap, the badge appears with a 0px border radius and not the 4px defined for the badge. And this happens with any other component I swap.Is there a way to make the Instance Swap retain the characteristics of the component chosen in the swap?

Our web vs. our Figma componentHi everyone,I’m looking for a better way to maintain consistent widths for component instances across responsive breakpoints (Tablet/Mobile).Currently, everything works perfectly on Desktop where instance widths are fixed. However, the layout breaks when using min-width and max-width for smaller screens. I’ve experimented with Layout Grids, but they leave awkward empty spaces below when an instance's visibility is toggled off.I’ve considered making every single row toggleable, but that feels like a bloated, confusing experience for the designers using the library.Does anyone have a solid workflow or a "holy grail" file for handling these responsive group cases? I’d love to see how you’re structuring your layers!

For the past few months I’ve been able to see my images on my file but for the past few days all the previews have disappeared & I’ve tried to update Figma, update my computer, clear my Figma cache and nothing has worked. The images are still within the Figma but I just can’t view them

Please be mercifulRemove ai tool bar at the bottom and bring bottom tool bar as it was from the begining. Or give an option to hide without hiding the rest panels. I dont need ai tool bar and I want to hide it but I couldnt find a way to hide. Please be merciful !
