Request to Restore My Suspended Account

I am writing from my second account because I am currently unable to log in to my main account and therefore cannot access the forum or check the status of my support request.

My account was suspended after I accidentally posted test content to the Community while I was simply trying out Figma Make using a random prompt from the internet. It was not my intention to violate the Community Guidelines or publish anything inappropriate.

I sincerely apologize for this mistake. I understand the importance of following the community rules, and I assure you that this will not happen again in the future. I will be much more careful and make sure to fully comply with all guidelines going forward.

I also received the message: “We've received your request”, but the ticket link does not work for me because I am currently unable to log in to my suspended account. Because of this, I am unable to check the status of my request.

I would really appreciate it if you could review my case and help restore access to my account.
