I did not do anything weird with those account and both got suspend on same day ?
No contact tutorial, no notification. The suspend just happened ? I want may 2 account back, those have my current working project.

I’m really sorry this has happened, I know how frustrating it must feel, especially with active projects on those accounts. I can see you raised ticket #1841656 earlier today, thank you for flagging this so quickly. The team are looking into it to understand what’s caused both accounts to be suspended at the same time.
I really appreciate your patience while we work through this, and I’m sorry again for the disruption this has caused.
