[Figma Support] Request 1826875 - Inquiry regarding Payment & Request for Temporary Access

Dear Figma Content Reviews Team,

I am writing to follow up on my previous message, as I have not yet received a response.

Thank you for your guidance so far. As explained, I am having difficulty retrieving the bank records from a long time ago due to account changes.

While we work on resolving this billing issue, I have a very humble request. The design files and professional portfolios stored in this account ([2026-04-09 Removed PII - AB]) are the result of years of my hard work and are critical to my career.

Could you please grant me temporary access to my account (for just 2-3 days)? This would allow me to download and back up my essential project files (.fig files) to avoid a total loss of my work. Once I have secured my data, I am more than happy to continue the discussion regarding the chargeback and settle any necessary payments.

I sincerely hope for your empathy and assistance in this difficult situation. I am ready to cooperate in any way possible to rectify the billing issue.
