we are currently planning a cleanup of our Figma organization and would like to clarify some capabilities:
- Is there reporting for inactive teams/projects, missing owners, or specific file names (e.g. “Untitled”)?
- Are bulk actions supported (delete, move, export files)?
- Can admins access or manage personal drafts, especially from deactivated users?
- What is the recommended process for transferring files during user offboarding?
- Is there a way to centrally review permissions (e.g. “Everyone can edit”)?
- Can we get an overview of guest users and their access?
- Does the API support reporting or automation for cleanup tasks?
Any best practices for large-scale organization cleanup would also be appreciated.
