With the URL link, I can take a closer look at what may have happened to the file ownership, and we can troubleshoot this together.

Yes, can you please provide the prototype link as well? Are you also able to provide a screenshot of the exact error message you’re seeing when trying to access this file? 

For example, I see the following:

With the exact error message and the prototype link, I should be able to help locate the file or at the very least connect your with our support team to investigate further.
