I’m running into an issue with my AI credits not resetting as expected. My billing/reset date is April 9, but as of today my credits are still showing as empty.
I’ve already submitted a support request but haven’t heard back yet. This is currently blocking progress on a project that needs immediate attention, so I’m trying to understand if there’s a known delay or issue.
For context:
Plan type: Full Seat
Expected reset date: April 9
Current status: 0 credits remaining
Has anyone seen this happen before? Is there typically a lag with credit resets, or does this sound like a bug?
