Figma AI credits not resetting.

Hi all,

I’m running into an issue with my AI credits not resetting as expected. My billing/reset date is April 9, but as of today my credits are still showing as empty.

I’ve already submitted a support request but haven’t heard back yet. This is currently blocking progress on a project that needs immediate attention, so I’m trying to understand if there’s a known delay or issue.

For context:

Plan type: Full Seat
Expected reset date: April 9
Current status: 0 credits remaining

Has anyone seen this happen before? Is there typically a lag with credit resets, or does this sound like a bug?

Appreciate any insight.

Hi ​@Matthew Santoro - thanks so much for your post.

I did a little digging on our end and it looks like this can happen because the reset happens at a specific UTC time, which may be different for some folks depending on their own time zone. I can definitely understand how that would be confusing! The good news is the team is aware of this and is working on a update to make it more clear when, in specific, you can expect your credits to reset. For you right now, if you just wait a little longer (less than 24 hours, for sure) they will reset. Let me know if you have any other questions - have a great day!
