As I wrote, I cannot use figma make function even I am using as an educator. 

I lost of most Important collage work because of this mistake.Is there any way to get it back?This is truly insane.

There were 3 files  but all of them are missing now!!!!!Could you help me to restore them? They are not in the trash.

I was halfway through my work when the Figma file suddenly disappeared. It is not in the Deleted area.It seems like this file never existed. I can’t find it anywhere

Hello,I’m creating a Figma plugin that collects data from the Figma file, I’m trying to get an image original dimensions but when calling getSizeAsync() I get a browser console log data dump, I also get the correct dimensions so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I accidentally enabled the Full Seat, and now I have to pay for it next month, but I don't need it now or next month. Cancel the payment for next month; I only want to pay for the Dev Seat. Why isn't this option available?

I’ve been trying to reach costumer support for weeks but somehow I’m not getting a response.My original billing amount was for annual renewal is incorrect as I don’t want to renew with two seats. I have removed one user and only want to pay for one seat annually. How do I make that change as I keep getting reminders to clear the wrong invoice without any support from Figma?

Hi, This month again Figma charged me additional “One-time charges and credits 9.33$” like previous month. I kept explaining that we are using only one account and no one using any extra seat since beginning. We can only pay 20$ for 1 seat and keep requesting every month for those wrong charges. Kindly check my account and adjust the invoice of R3BPMFOD-0004Thank you. 

Please help, my smart guides have disappeared (like, I put a square in the corner, red lines appear and they align the object exactly in the corner) and now they're gone and I can't work properly.

Hello,  I accidentally activated a Dev seat on my Professional plan and would like to request a refund or invoice adjustment.  Details:  - Account email: [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]  - Charge amount: $8.5 (prorated Dev seat charge - maybe -)  - Reason: I accidentally clicked and activated a Dev seat that I don't need and haven't used (assigned less than 30 minute and never used)  Could you please cancel this charge from my upcoming(25/12/25) invoice?  Thank you for your assistance.

Hello everyone, I am looking for some help for Figma Make. I am using Figma since looong time, but now I am struggling using this new AI tool. Getting very poor result and spending 30X time to get the same stuff I could do in old Figma is seconds 😅.I know there are tons of tutorials around but I would prefer to have some 1:1 time to speed up things and debugs issues on the go. I no longer have access to my old account, [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII] or the google account that was used to set it up. This account has so much of my work that I need to get into. Whilst I had access to this old account, I did send invitations to my new account, however these links have expired and are now invalid.

I have a $35 debt because I forgot to cancel my subscription, and I didn't access the website during that time. Can I delete my account and have that debt waived?

Figma Make is breaking whenever I want to try point- and-edit as well as prompt with attached image for design reference. This had started recently ! Earlier it was smoothly working. And it is happening even with fresh license with enough ai credits. Can someone help as this is significantly slowing down the design process, so much so, I had to get back to Figma Design to keep working on design assignments.

hello! I'm trying to insert an image using the google sheet plug-in, but it keeps getting error fetching image. I've tried re-creating google sheets, and re-creating pygma pages, but they keep saying errors.The text is applied, but only the picture is faulty. Please help me  

I am working with components which have texts. While using the instances of those components everything works fine. But if I go inside of the main component and change the styling of a super-index or * character, let’s say I made the whole text block bold, the instances are broken. Could Figma prevent this bug please? We should be able to style super-index numbers1 and stars *

Getting blank page while trying to open figma  . 

“All libraries” should be a list of the collections-I think there’s an error on the libraries dropdown which only displays “All libraries” instead of listing the different collections. I know we have the option to search and scroll but, What is the purpose of the dropdown anyways if it displays “All libraries” always?, you can remove it and it won’t affect anything, but if you can choose the collections then it would much better.Relying on the search functionality is ok, but the mouse is a strong option to pick the right collection and then choose. Please consider it.

Am I being stupid? Surely it has this basic feature…..

Hi, Im currently rebuilding my personal site with figma and upgraded to use some additional features. With hosting a website through figma, how does that work exactly? If I were to build the site with figma pro, host it and connect a domain name etc, will that website still be live if I decide to not renew my pro subscription and go back to basic?Thank you in advance

HiI'm new to Figma, and I'd like to learn how to create masks for icons. What you see in the image are several icons from this design file. Each icon comes with a mask, and the mask follows the shape of the icon, It also has an alpha color, (semi-transparent pink) Please, I need step-by-step instructions to learn how to create masks that follow the shape of the icon. I'm a noob at Figma so I need your help.  Thank you in advance.
