I went onto my Figma and I have lost all my files. Please may you help.Â
I can not remember which one it was under but either emails below.Â

Hi Camilla, thanks for reaching out in the Figma Forum! I've escalated your support ticket and our support team has already looked into your account and replied to you directly with some next steps. Please check your inbox and reply to your support case so they can help you get your files restored as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, here are a couple of things worth checking on your end:
- Check your email inbox: when a team is deleted in Figma, an email notification is sent with a Restore team button. If you find that email, you may be able to restore everything directly from there.
- Check your Drafts: if your files were saved in Drafts rather than inside a team, head to your Drafts folder and look under the âDeleted filesâ tab. Files there can be restored to their original location or duplicated.
