Upgarding my seats to a new plan

I need someone from the Billing Department to get back to me ASAP for us to discuss changes to my account. I was trying to switch my seats from monthly to an annual subscription. When I look at my account I see that I may be getting billed for both monthly and an annual subscription. I cannot find a way to contact Figma Billing directly. Plus I also submitted a ticket, (help.figma.com/hc/requests/1963398). It’s been more that 24 hours. Could someone please respond.Thank you.
