An error is blocking my ability to create a new project. No matter what I enter in step 2 (Add people to (group)), I get an error that says “Cant contain characters /*?….”

I understand how frustrating it must be to not be able to create a new project. What exactly are you entering in step 2 when attempting to create a new project?
Typically in Step 2 of 2, you are asked to add emails, names, or user groups. If you don’t have anyone specific to add to your new project, you technically can leave this step blank.
As a first troubleshooting step, if you are not inviting anyone specific to your project, please try creating a new project without entering anything or anyone for Step 2. Please let me know how it goes!
I have this same issue every time! It tells you to add someone to the project or it won’t let you make one. I don’t work with anyone so I don’t want to add anyone to my projects however I just entered my sisters email so I could pass this step and it says “you can’t use special characters like . or @” so i’m like ok so then how does one enter an email? Very confusing. How do we get past this?
problem still happening. this is a software issue, not a user issue. I’ve tried all variations. no user, one user, etc,
