Hello, I am a user of Figma based in South Korea.Over the past week, several designers on our design team have been experiencing an intermittent issue where the line height of text decreases. However, this issue has not yet been resolved, and I am curious if other users are facing the same problem.We are using the font 'Noto Sans KR' for our text styles. When we double-click on a text box that is using this font to enter edit mode, we notice that the line height suddenly decreases.After uninstalling and reinstalling the font on our computers, or overwriting the font file and then accessing Figma again, the text with reduced line height returns to its original line height when clicked. However, this solution is temporary, as the same issue can occur again the next day.This phenomenon appears intermittently among designers, and some designers have not yet experienced this issue.I have attached example video below. Hello, I have an issue that’s bugged me for years here. Illustrations I make in Adobe Illustrator seem to scatter a bit (position) when imported into Figma. This doesn’t always happen for larger illustrations (sometimes the paths still go astray), but the smaller svgs seem to have real issues interpreting these paths and tangents most times.For example, here’s illustrations made on a 40x40 px artboard. Illustrator fileIllustrator file zoomed inHowever, when I import this to Figma, everything scatters to some extent.Figma screenshot of same svgIs it impossible to import small svgs exactly? While working in Figma Slides, I had rectangle with Background Blur effect, and I applied object animation on it, and everything was fine inside editor. But inside presentation view, animation hasn’t been playing, up until I turned Background Blur off.

I’m working on a pixel font with a upm of 8100, so if I put the type size at 81 it should align perfectly with Figma’s pixel grid. This worked for all my other fonts, but starting from 6500 upm there is a small misalignment on the pixel grid that increases with each letter. So the first letter aligns correctly, the second has a small difference and the third even more.A pixel font with upm 6400 and set at size 64px aligns correctly on the grid, but a font with upm 6500 set at 65px doesn’t.The font’s pixels align correctly on other applications, so is this a bug in Figma?Close-up of the space between two A’s. For years, my personal Figma account was billed at $15/month for a single design seat. I just discovered that, over the past 3 months, Figma has been charging me for 9 additional design seats tied to ex-coworkers from a company I left nearly a year ago. There are still noticeable issues with CPU spikes and stuttering. Most notably when making a selection or moving selected objects all the way to the left side, with pointer crossing over to the layers penal. This causes 95C temperature spike and cpu throttling.While screen recording, I somehow clicked back into figma while having the selection active. It appeared without highlights and I could move it but that had no performance impact. Thank you for looking into this. 

I have a boolean variable that I want to use to toggle between two variants on a component. It is set up correctly and works as expected in the editing mode.But when I add an interaction to a button that toggles the variable, it does not work on the variant. Weirdly, it does work for toggling the appearance of a text box. (I mapped the variable to a text box appearance value for testing). So the issue is not the interaction or mapping of the variable, it seems to be a bug specific to the variant in the preview. This is in Figma sites. I have tried re-creating from scratch and the same issue occurs.

Hi - My plugins is not enabling me to search within the community. For example I have tried searching “Iconify” and it will not search the figma community, only my own assets/created plugins/widgets. I have toggled through all of the options available to me and nothing seems to be working. I’m unsure what I am doing wrong.  

After the new update my thumbnails became smaller for FigJam files. Do you have any idea about this bug or smth?

When trying to delete a mode of a color variable, Figma freezes. This issue occurs in both the desktop app and the web version. I have tried everything to resolve this issue and also contacted the support team. Their response was: “Please rest assured that our engineering team is dedicated to resolving this issue as quickly as possible. We are committed to keeping you updated throughout the process and will provide new information as soon as it becomes available. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding—we will make sure you are informed every step of the way.” However, I urgently need a solution. I am unable to use this design system library with the business plan. I have no idea when this will be fixed. I saw a user report the same issue four months ago, and it seems like nothing has changed since then.I need an immediate solution—this is blocking my workflow!  

I have a question about short-term access in Figma, especially regarding the new billing model. I've been using Figma for quite a long time but has never wondered this.I'm currently on Professional plan. Can anyone help me answer these questions?When there's no available seat, whenever I upgrade an account in a team to a Paid seat, I'll then buy a Paid seat for the whole team, not that account only, right? So if I just want to grand a short-term access for less than a month, I'll have to pay for that seat for its duration from the purchase date to the end of the billing cycle, or the date I remove the account from the seat, or for I'll have to pay for the whole month? There's 2 other scenarios: What if I remove the account from the seat before the end of the billing cycle: let's say the cycle ends on the 30th, and I assign the account to the seat from the 10th to 20th? I was trying to delete a text style in Figma slides, and couldn’t figure it out at all. Until I accidentally move the popover to discover there’s actually two popover. The one on top is covering the one on the bottom with the delete button. Figma, you might want to fix this, seems like a glaring bug.

PLease stop moving most commonly used buttons to new places all the time!It isvery bad us practise, each time I need to spend time to learn where I can find an options that was moved or has a new look, like whith this auto layout flow buttons, which where presented as a dropdown before. Very subtle and unexpected change.

How to recover my figma slide files

Hey everyone—I’m working on a Figma plugin that helps with Arabic and English interfaces. One issue I keep running into: I can’t figure out how to detect or set the text direction (like right-to-left for Arabic). The plugin API doesn’t seem to have anything like textDirection, and I’ve tried checking the characters in the text manually, but it’s messy—especially when the text mixes Arabic and English, or has numbers and punctuation. I just want to know if there's any way, even a workaround, to know whether a text node is RTL or LTR, and ideally control it from the plugin. Has anyone dealt with this before? Thanks inadvance!

Noobie here but I’ve looked at all the forums and videos on this. NOT talking about the UI hide which seems to work in hiding the BOTTOM icon bar. I was using the LEFT sidebar which contains icons in for process planning etc. I hid it and now it is gone in both online and app versions. NOT fixed de clearing cache OR by using view UI  

I had a component named "Button" I made some drastic changes to it not realizing that it was used a lot throughout our designs, and my changes will probably affect the existing designs Didn't publish any changes to the library yet So I renamed the component to "Button new", and copy pasted the old unchanged version of that component from the version history, called "Button" Now if I publish the changes, will it break all my instances of "Button", or will they remain intact and I will simply have a new component of "Button new?

Hi, I am triying Figma sites, I have a question I am not able to visualize fonts installed by me, just Google Fonts, is this normal? is a bug? I cant read anywhere about this issue.
