I created a site with a mobile breakpoint, and it scales properly on my desktop, but when I navigate to it on my phone, I see the mobile layout for just a split second before it switches to the desktop layout. Any ideas on how I might fix this?

I had one annual full seat on my account. I needed to add a new monthly full seat to the account, as I have a temporary worker working on my team. When I went to add a monthly seat, an annual seat was automatically added to my next invoice instead. How can I change that additional annual seat to a monthly seat and get the charge changed accordingly on my invoice/charges? If that’s not possible, how can I remove that additional seat all together and get it removed/refunded from my next month’s invoice?

Some Figma projects take a long time to load. Even when the file appears to have finished loading, navigating between layers is extremely slow or unresponsive, making it difficult to work on the design.Steps to Reproduce: Open a project with multiple pages and layers. Hi all, Each time I publish a library after making some changes all my icon library gets affected from this change and I end up with thousands of updates each time. This happens especially when I don’t make an update on the icons but on other primitives, such as colour, typography or other variables. Is there a way to find out what’s causing this to trigger? Thanks  

I want to create a prototype where the header hides when scrolling down and becomes visible again when scrolling up. However, I couldn’t find any feature or tutorial explaining how to achieve this. I did find an old video, but it didn’t work for me. Is there any way to make this work?

As stated, the Video Settings menu is not allowing me select or deselect settings with newly uploaded videos. The issue persists on both the desktop app and on Google Chrome browser. Videos that were uploaded a few months ago do not have this issue.  Am I missing something? 

When my student and I leave some of my files, they zoom way out. Even when I select to zoom in for the selected content, it zooms out each time I leave. Is it possible to zoom in and have it stay zoomed in on the content when I leave then return? In most cases, the pieces I want to zoom in on are the only content on the page.

Hello. Trying to preview an app I created in Figma Make on the iPad but I can only preview in the browser mode, which breaks the prototype because of all the extra browser panels and whatnot.The Figma app, however, does not even see the Make files.Is there a way to make Figma see Figma Make so that Figma can see what Figma created?

Hello!I have heard that you are about to update your bootcamp verification process starting September 23th.  Starting September 23, self-verification of bootcamps will no longer be available, and an administrator will need to confirm the bootcamp and then grant access to students and instructors. I have the following questions:1. If my company uses Figma as an online course rather than a bootcamp, do these updates apply to me? 2. Hi Team,I wanted to flag a recurring issue with Figma’s performance that’s been significantly slowing down our workflow.On average, I lose about 30 minutes each day waiting for Figma to update libraries or upload changes.Here’s a typical scenario: I’m working with two library files (Lib 1 is big, Lib 2 not): Library 1 (which uses assets from Library 2). After making and publishing updates in Library 2, I switch to Library 1 and click “Update all.” That’s when things grind to a halt. Figma slowly processes the updates, and once the cloud upload icon appears in the top left, I know I’ll be waiting long enough to step away from my desk. This delay is consistent, increasingly frustrating, and not limited to me, it’s affecting others on my team too, across different files and setups.For context, we’re all using 2021 MacBook M1 Pros (32GB RAM) and the desktop app.Would love to understand

I am creating coloring pages for my students and I made one with over 1200 squares to color in. I now want to separate it into different pages, but I can’t seem to unlock all of the squares to separate them into separate pages. I tried the unlock/lock stuff, but it only unlocks one at time. I tried to highlight the entire area and unlock them, but it didn’t work. It seems like I have to unlock the individual squares one at a time. I really don’t want to click through 1200 squares. Is there a way to unlock all in design?Or is there a way to highlight multiple objects or layers and unlock all of those?

Hey!I’ve noticed lately that I cannot remove the values for min- and max- (auto layout) by clicking “remove min and max”. I use variables for these values, but it also happens with normal number inputs. It looks as if min and max have been removed, as the icon for height and width shows the indicator (additional lines around). But when I look directly at the two values, they are still there.Same with the layout guide: It does not change when I click on the existing one and select a different one. It only changes when I delete it and add it again.Has anyone else noticed these issues? They are currently complicating the QA process for us.I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

I am trying to import a .csv with 500 cells (the alleged FigJam table limit) into FigJam to convert to stickies, but whenever I try to import it, it says “partial paste successful – table limit size reached” after pasting only 23 cells. Is there something I’m missing?

Hello, I’m working on an exporter plugin to automate our workflows. However, I’m not sure how to run commands on user’s PC. For example in order to automate texture export path, we need to call “p4 info” to obtain client’s workspace path. import { exec } from 'child_process'; doesn’t seem to work. Please help. Thanks! 

Hi! I have created a design with a gradient in a button: The PDF export however shows all buttons with a vage gradient not corresponding to the design I made:  JPG and PNG exports are working fine. Am I exporting the wrong way or is this a thing Figma could fix?Thanks!

Hi!We recently switched from the Professional plan to the Enterprise plan.Previously, we shared the component library in view-only mode with our suppliers, and they could add it to their work files in any team (even free ones).Now they are no longer visible in other spaces. How can we make them visible and addable to their work files?Is there a solution without copying and pasting the components from the libraries and/or making a copy of the library?Thanks

Hi everyone, I would need your help.Especially the safari fans out there!On my last safari I created an excel file with all animals I wanted to see and then manually crossed them out after a sighting. I couldn’t find a decent and simple app for that. So a couple of months ago I developed a super simple iOS and android app for that. It’s still very basic, but I would love to hear your feedback. file structure : ai-assistant-data.ts Is there a way I can edit the content of .ts files / code? By the look of it, I can download the highlighted .ts -  and it contain the various chunks of prose. When I click on ai-assistant-data.ts nothing happens (I’d perhaps expect it to show in the code window) I would like to edit these directly and save if possible. 

It’s not about the loading.It just instantly says “Error: An error occurred while using the tool get_code”.It happens only for ‘get code’. get images, metadata, and all others are working.Both on Cursor and Claude code on Vscode.

Hello, my Figma slides were functioning properly yesterday. However, I just noticed that the right panel settings are no longer visible. The Layout, Appearance, and Stroke options have disappeared. Could someone please advise me on how to resolve this issue? I have selected my text, but I am only able to change the font and Fill color.
