What’s the best approach for large-scale projects production?

Hello!
I’m new to Figma. When working on large-scale static asset projects like the ones described below, what are the best ways to save time? 
Does the solution involve using certain plugins?

1. For example, 80 formats for Photo A, the same formats for Photo B, and the same for Photo C—all on the same page. Later on, the photos will need to be replaced with different ones.

2. Same idea, but with text that needs to be translated into about ten languages.

3. A combination of the previous two: images, text, and a logo that also changes depending on the language.
