Hi all.I started see size issues with the vector within my icon components. In short, the vector/shape within the icon doesn’t resize according the icon size. The vector shape is already using scale, so it’s nothing easy. This issue started showing up in the last couple days. Sometimes the issue is fixed by double-clicking on the component (but this only work for the icon component, anything that’s nested doesn’t work). This looks new, never had this issue before.  

I’m struggling to get any response from Figma’s sales team and it’s becoming a serious issue.I’ve reached out multiple times over the past week, including several follow-ups today, because we need to upgrade and adjust our plan. This is not a support issue, it’s a straightforward sales conversation, yet there’s been zero engagement.Looking through this forum, I’m seeing others reporting wait times of 2+ weeks just to get a reply. That’s honestly not acceptable for a company at this level, especially when customers are actively trying to move forward and spend more.So a genuine question to the community:How are you actually getting a response from Figma sales?Is there a specific channel, contact method, or escalation path that works?At this point, we’re blocked on our side and need to resolve this urgently. Hi, I am in desperate need of help. I accidentally deleted my Figma account ([redacted by moderator to remove personal information]) on Friday. All my important design files have disappeared, including work that took months to create and is critical to my career and ongoing projects.I have already submitted ticket #1804928 and provided all 5 file URLs, but I have not received any update since Friday. I’m trying to switch a variant of component instance by switching variable mode. This works perfect once the component A is on top level and not nested. But if I nest component A into component B and then change the variable, the instance of component A still changes the variant as supposed but this also resets all other other properties of comp A to their defaults. This doesn’t happen when comp A is not nested. Tried with several components even with the simplest created from scratch. This topic doesn’t relate to prototypes and interactivity.

Hi there! We export a high volume of pdfs from figma, it was all good until recently we started getting inherited metada from figma that we have to manually delete in Adobe Acrobat each time we export a file or it shows as the title of the file. It’s easy to solve but kind of annoying when working with a lot of documents, anyone know what kind of setting should I disable in Figma? or any other solution? Seems to have happened since the last update. Thank you! Actual name of the file is SE_High_performing_Teams.pdf but we get a random inherited name on Adobe (Propuestas Alto Impacto) as Metadata Title 

Hello there, I need help with my website…I created a website through figamsite and everytime I add a new page it gets added to the sitemap but it also duplicates itselft and all of the exisiting pages in the sitemap, for example :  the last page I made was :  https://www.appkili.fr/blog-articles-10/cornebidouille-est-sur-kiliThen I checked the sitemap and there is : https://www.appkili.fr/blog-articles-9/cornebidouille-est-sur-kilihttps://www.appkili.fr/blog-articles-8/cornebidouille-est-sur-kiliand so on until “blog-articles-1” and it is the same thing for all the pages..Is there a way to access the sitemap with figma site or prevent my pages from duplicating ? Thanks, 

 when i try to export library to figma make, there is error tip: “We ran into an error while extracting your library” and I try to export only one very simple component it doesn't work.

I have been trying for days and most of the times it just told me to wait yet I never received the email with the results. I kept getting the message I had to verify before April 1st and my project is throughout the semester. Yesterday I my editing access was removed, my professor tried to add me and since my uni is using figma education,  im not able to join with a personal account so I cant contribute or even work at all in my final project. I contacted the support of sheer id and they said they cant explain but it was unable to be verify this time. Now if I try to verify it shows me “Error” or that I have tried too many times. 

I purchased the Professional Plan (Full option) and selected the annual plan (around 192 USD). I added my card details and proceeded with the payment.After that, I received an OTP from my bank, but the message showed 0.00 USD. I entered the OTP and completed the process. Now, a payment mandate of 0.00 USD has been added to my card.However, my account still shows Free, and I’m not sure what happened.Could someone please help me resolve this issue?

Family IT department (wife is a designer) here for a question…. So she built a portfolio website using figma website design tool and published it. so far, its a great WYSIWYG tool.Now, she added a `div` element, and inside it, placed a video file.The video file is vertically longer than the div element. This causes the video controls to be hidden when the video is vertically centered, and only the play button is hidden.When she aligns the bottom of the video frame to the bottom of the div element, the video controls are showing, but the play button is hidden at the upper part.Also, full screen doesn’t work well on mobile, only when rotating the phone horizontally.I’ll get some screenshots, but until then, wanted to get some info/ideas from the community.TY!

My 2nd plugin is in review for a week.How long does it take a Figma plugin to get approved?

Since the slot update trying to search for variables to apply to fills, strokes, etc. is not working correctly for me.Search is giving me unrelated results or showing no results when I know we have the token. In the attached example I’m not getting any results for icon tokens even though we have them.Any help would be appreciated.

The Figma Slides button to create a new slide-deck is disabled. A tooltip says, it is disabled on organisation level. As organisation admin, I cannot find a setting in the admin console to enable it. Can someone please point me to the correct location?

I don't know what I did, or what I clicked on, but I can't work in it anymore. How do I get back to the normal layout?      

I have a rectangle, blue fill, with both a Noise effect and Background Blur effect applied. When sharing via prototype link, it displays wildly different than in the design file. Any idea what causes this and if there is a fix to display the same? Bottom is how it appears in design file, top is how it appears in Prototype share link.
