The receipt PDF attached to my Config registration confirmation email is blank/logo-only, and I need a resent copy with attendee name, ticket type, company name, billing address, and payment info.

on the website registration page i have a “success” message but i have not received a confirmation or receipt by email. I need a copy with attendee name, ticket type, company name, billing address, and payment info.

I’m experiencing the same problem with the receipt being blank. Can I get my receipt re-sent please? Thank you.
