The receipt PDF attached to my Config registration confirmation email is blank/logo-only, and I need a resent copy with attendee name, ticket type, company name, billing address, and payment info.

on the website registration page i have a “success” message but i have not received a confirmation or receipt by email. I need a copy with attendee name, ticket type, company name, billing address, and payment info.

I have the same issue! I registered with this account (email redacted by the moderator due to PII) on April 6 and never received a confirmation email or receipt. I need the same information listed in the attached quote. Thanks!
