I am writing here because I am extremely frustrated with Figma's billing and the lack of response from the support team.
On July 5, 2026, my card was charged $29.50 USD without any prior notice or confirmation.
I previously purchased a plan for $5 and expected it to renew at that price. Instead, Figma automatically upgraded my account and charged me $20.00 for a "Full seat" plus a "Billing adjustment" of $9.50 for the previous month. I did not agree to this upgrade, and I didn't receive any notifications about these changes.
I have already replied to the automated support email with all my details and requested a full refund, but I've been completely ignored for over 24 hours. No live agent has reached out to me.
I have already downgraded my team to the free Starter plan. Can a community moderator or a live support representative please look into my case, review the billing ticket associated with my account, and process a full refund of $29.50 to my card?
