I’ve tried submitting multiple legitimate documents for the education verification process, but they keep failing to go through. I’m really puzzled about what’s going wrong with the SheerID integration (the third-party verifier).
This exact same issue happened when I was verifying my student status for another application – it took some back-and-forth with their support to finally get it resolved. Unfortunately, that’s not happening here despite my efforts.
SheerID/Figma support? Would love your help!
