Struggling with SheerID Verification for Figma Education Plan

Hi,
I’ve tried submitting multiple legitimate documents for the education verification process, but they keep failing to go through. I’m really puzzled about what’s going wrong with the SheerID integration (the third-party verifier).
This exact same issue happened when I was verifying my student status for another application – it took some back-and-forth with their support to finally get it resolved. Unfortunately, that’s not happening here despite my efforts.
SheerID/Figma support? Would love your help!

Hey ​@Gaurabh, thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, Figma isn’t able to manually review documents or confirm eligibility. Since the verification process for higher education students is fully managed by our partner, SheerID, the best next step would be to reach out to their support team directly.
