Education Plan Not Reflecting on Account After Approval

ello Figma Education Team,

I hope this message meets you well.

I recently applied for the Figma Education Plan and received confirmation of approval via SheerID. However, I made the mistake of applying before creating my Figma account. By the time I created and set up my account using the same verified email address, the education status had not carried over — my account is currently showing as Free.

I have attempted to reapply but the system indicates that I have already been approved, which means I am unable to go through the verification process again.

Could you please assist me in linking my approved education status to my existing Figma account? I would be happy to provide any additional details needed to resolve this.
