I'm hoping someone from Figma or the community can help me understand what appears to be a billing inconsistency.
My workspace has 1 Professional Full Seat, yet my Billing page shows:
- Professional Full Seat: $20/month
- AI Credits (2,500/month): $60/month
- Total: $80/month
However, the current Professional pricing page advertises:
- Professional Full Seat for $16/month (annual) or $20/month (monthly)
- 3,000 AI credits/month included
- No mention of a separate $60 AI credit subscription.
I am stuck as I am out of credits and need them to continue my work, but this random charging for last few months is not making sense to me.Â
My questions are:
- Why am I paying $60/month for only 2,500 AI credits?
- If Professional already includes AI credits, why am I being billed separately?
- Why do I receive 2,500 credits instead of the 3,000 credits shown on the pricing page?
- Is my workspace on a legacy billing plan, or is this a billing error?
The AI support bot couldn't explain the discrepancy and escalated my case to support (Ticket #2002334), but I'm curious if anyone else has experienced the same issue or knows what's going on.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
