Billing annual plan - wrong person

Hi to the community and Figma team,

I just received my billing plan, including the renewal of my annual one.


But I just notice the annual seat plan isn’t on my name/account.
I have 2 collabs seats that renew on monthly basis, and me (the owner of the boards that share with the collaborators).

I looked at my dashboard of people and the billing cycle is mixed and not like how it used to be.
For info - I took the annual cycle for my account since july 2023 (didn’t have any collaborators at this time) and it still should have been on me as I am the one paying for myself first, and the collaborators on monthly basis.

Is there a way to correct/swap these - as I am the one needing to work annually on Figma ?

Hey hey ​@Vyvyl Design 👋 Thanks for flagging this, and sorry for the trouble with your billing cycle!

To help sort out which seat should be annual, could you confirm a couple of things:

  • Has your annual renewal already processed (i.e., did you receive an invoice), or are you still within the 30-day renewal window before your next annual date?
  • On your Admin > People page, under the Billing cycle column, whose name is currently showing the annual seat?

Thanks for the answer,
The annual renewal is being processed by my bank - but my invoice in Figma is marked as paid already.
On the billing cycle, the annual seat is given to Edouard instead of me (see attachment)


I don’t know if I could just change the annual seat from him and put him on the monthly and vice-versa for me. I don’t know if it could work when the seat are already distributed or if it will just cancel the annual/monthly sub I paid.
