My organization wanted to rely on Figjam to post notifications to a Slack channel for transparency to the team (particularly for those who dont have time to peruse FigJam but need to be informed).Unfortunately, it seems we only see notifications maybe 1 out of 10 comments from FigJam. I have confirmed we have the channels all set up and properly subscribed to the correct files. I have even conducted a successful test, so it seemed promising, but after attempting to utilize it for a couple weeks now, I’m finding the comments rarely post to the channels even though I’ve set it up to post in real time.I am at least getting the comments I am @’ed on directly in the Figma app messages in Slack, but the channels are incredibly unreliable. Is this a known issue or is there something I’m misunderstanding on how this channel integration should function?

Hello, please help.I was charged earlier for a monthly subscription renewal to Figma and wanted a full refund since it was accidental and I am not really planning on renewing. They charged me already and I wanted to cancel the transaction as soon as possible. 

When I go to Plugins → Manage plugins → Publish new version, I immediately get this error:“Figma detected a change to your account details, which is blocking you from continuing with publishing your plugin.”I have not changed my email, password, or any account settings recently.I am on the Starter plan and cannot publish my plugin update.My account email: [redacted PII - DJV 3/13/26]Plugin name: Demo StationPlease help me remove this restriction so I can publish a new version.Thank you!

Hi, when copying a Screen from Make to Design the Layer Names are let’s say “improvable”. We are actually using our Design System Webcomponents via npm registry within Make. So e.g. a Button is then using our <tsButton>, which is great. But when i copy the screen into a Figma Design File I get Names like “Container”, “Slot”, … which are well just not quite what I am striving for.Any way to make Make use better names - or at best - the correct Component names? BRJulius

I’m trying to map a Figma Site to the subdomain cook.tastemade.com. The DNS records are properly configured, but I get the below Error 1000 when trying to access the site. The custom domain status says “Awaiting certificates” in Figma even though it has been several days. 

I’m using Figma Make and repeatedly getting a red banner: “Something went wrong” with a Request ID. When this happens, Make fails to apply changes / preview breaks. In DevTools console I’m seeing repeated WebSocket connection failures (multiplayer + makeproxy) and an HTTP 500 error on a resource ID. This prevents me from continuing work in Make. What I’ve tried already: Hard refresh / reload Try again button Tried different browser (Chrome) / Incognito Disabled VPN/adblock/private relay Switched network (hotspot) Duplicated file What can I do?

Deleting an element inside a slot cannot be undone through Undo function.

I noticed that after the last update some of my nested components are broken in sizing/scaling. I would reload my library after publishing and half the instance across various screens would take off. Specifically the components are getting bigger somehow. For instance this image component, nested in a product card, should be as is in the version on the bottom, after reloading the component from the ds library the image is bigger. Or the stamp in the footer is correctly inserted in the beige space in DS itself but as an instance it seems to enlarge quite a bit. This happens with images, icons, other assets like stamps etc. It seems that it needs me to manually redo everything now (copy-pasting from DS library, editing etc) and i do not have that type of time/budget for this big of a project.  

Hi, How do I paste the blue frame in between About and How? The entire frame A is using auto-layout. Using ctrl+C and ctrl+V. Is it possible? I know I can use mouse click and drag in then it will sit perfectly in between. But what if I wanted to use keyboard keys?If i click on About and paste, blue frame will be nested inside About frame which is what I don’t want.Another way is to select any frame, hit Shift+Enter to go to parent frame A, However this will make the blue frame pasted at the end of frame A, imagine i have 10 rows, I’ll need to press arrow key up until it’s positioned on the 3rd row. Thanks!  

Figma Make has not been working for me for the past two days. When I enter a prompt, it creates the app but does not display the preview. Additionally, it is unable to open any existing designs previously created in Make.Error : Could not load make Refresh preview

Hello Figma Support Team,I’m experiencing an issue where my site has stopped publishing and updating. Any changes I make are not reflected after publishing.I tried troubleshooting by creating a new file and moving all pages there, but the problem still persists — the site does not update.The site is built entirely in Figma and does not contain any custom code or external integrations.Could you please help me understand what might be causing this and how I can fix it?Thank you in advance for your help.

 I have the annual professional plan on Figma but looks like i have been getting ripped off non stop on Figma. As you can see, almost every month, I am being charged extra for God knows what. I work with multiple customers and so they almost always end up sending me share requests on Figma. But I only give them View access, never more. I check and double check but when I’m billed extra, I go to check the seats, and somehow, one of my customers is given full seat on Figma. How this happens is beyond me. Because I don’t do it. and I can vouch for myself. This has been a common recurrence for so long now. I’m having security doubts now since I have changed my password multiple times on Figma too. So why is this happening. I googled some and I see this is a common occurrence ​​​​on Figma. Other people seem to be having this same problem as well. And why is my annual billing all the way up to  USD 197.6 now from USD 144?Figma team, please see to it that this is resolved. Thanks.

Hello Figma Team,I agree with you — the current AI credit limitation (around 3,000–3,500 credits per month) is extremely restrictive for teams like ours that rely heavily on Figma AI for daily design work. Even 15,000 credits are not sufficient for a single day of work, which makes the current system very challenging.I have requested support several times regarding this issue but haven’t received any assistance yet.We are asking for an option to purchase unlimited AI usage after paying a fixed amount. Dear Figma Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with my credit usage and reset cycle in Figma. Last Thursday, while working, I received a notification that my credit limit had been fully used and that new credits would be available on March 23. Because of this, I was unable to continue my work until the reset date.On March 23, my credits were refreshed as expected, and I only used 24 credits. However, on March 24, the system is again showing that my credit limit has been fully used and that the next reset will only happen on April 23. This is confusing because I have used only a small portion of the credits after the reset.Could you please check my account and clarify why the credits are showing as fully used even though I only used 24 credits after the reset? Hi there, I submitted a Figma plugin for review 2 weeks ago (email address: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]). During submission, I wasn't able to attach a Test API Key for the reviewer to use.I originally expected to wait for a quick rejection so I could reply with the API key, but since it has been 2 weeks, I'm worried it will get rejected after a long wait and I'll have to restart the queue from scratch.Is there a way I can share the Test API Key with the review team right now so they have it when they evaluate my app? Hi team,I’m unable to preview anything in Figma Make for the last 3 days. The preview panel just shows a loader spinning in the center and never resolves.This makes it impossible for me to debug or iterate on the app I’m building.What’s happening: Preview panel keeps loading indefinitely Spinner stays in the center No errors are shown The preview never renders What I’ve tried so far: Refreshing the file Restarting the browser Trying different browsers Logging out and back in Restarting my machine None of these helped.Questions: Is this a known issue with Make previews? Are there any logs or debugging tools I can use to identify the cause? Happy to share the file if needed.

Hello, We are planning to transfer a project from one company to another. The previous company that has been working on this project is planning to deactivate the account that holds admin privileges for the organization containing the project. They also mentioned that the domain associated with the admin account will be deactivated. I think that the organization itself needs to be transferred as-is in order to preserve existing comments and maintain library connections. Although we have already changed the owner of the projects within the organization to the new party taking over, we have not been able to change the admin of the organization itself.  If the domain of the admin account is deactivated, will the projects within that organization also be deleted? If the organization is deactivated, is there any way to transfer or change the admin of that organization?  

I am trying to build my new cards using slots. I can get the card working nicely, then when I duplicate it goes wrong and I can’t fix it. Any ideas?
