Great product - so difficult to use

Hi, your product is great but it’s so difficult to use and navigate. 

I can never find the files I need.

    Hi Curtis, thanks for taking the time to share this feedback. I'm sorry to hear you're finding it difficult to navigate and locate your files.

    A few features that might help in the meantime:

    • Use the Recents view to quickly access files you've recently worked on.

    • Use the search bar to search by file name, team, or project.

    • Also, from the file browser, you can press:

      • macOS: ⌘ Command /
      • Windows: Control /

      The search bar focuses and a search preview appears with a list of recently opened files.
