URGENT: Account Disappeared

My personal Figma account is not accessible anymore or does not exist. 

I went to add my username and password to log in as usual today and it said the combination did not exist. I had just logged in yesterday and so I am pretty confident I have the correct combination. 

I then went to reset my password but no email appeared in my personal email, suggesting there is no longer an account associated with the email. I

This is an extremely frustrating experience considering Figma in general has not been performing as it was before Figma Make was introduced. In addition, it was very difficult to find the appropriate avenue to contact Figma to report this problem, and I am not sure this is the correct forum.

Also just to clarify I tried submitting a request here but the chat never appeared: Submit a request – Figma Learn - Help Center 

I have also of course checked my SPAM folder in my email to make sure the recover password email was not there.

The page you visited (https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) is also the correct place to submit a support request. For future reference, in the "Tell us about your issue" box, you can type a brief description of your issue (or simply type "contact agent"), then click Start chat and continue entering your issue details.
