I have an open Figma support ticket (#2004850), but it has been more than 8 hours and I haven’t received a response from a support agent yet. This issue is urgent because it’s blocking my team’s work.
My company recently migrated our email domain from cybercept.ai to kipio.ai. I can now log in with both my old and new email addresses, but all of my projects are missing and my Professional plan is no longer associated with my account.
Could a Figma moderator please help escalate my support ticket or advise on the next steps? I’d really appreciate any assistance, as this is preventing my team from continuing our work.
