Persistent 429 Error When Creating New Files After Workspace Reorganization

I recently upgraded my plan and have been reorganizing our workspace by moving existing pages into separate files and projects for better team organization.

Since doing that, I’ve been getting this error whenever I try to create a new file:

“XHR for ‘/api/files/create’ failed with status 429.”

It has been happening for over a day now, and I’m unable to create new files, including drafts. I understand 429 usually means rate limiting, but this seems to be blocking normal file creation even after waiting.

I’ve already tried refreshing, logging out and back in, using another browser/incognito, and checking my connection. I need this to be escalated to the Technical Quality team ASAP.
