Hi Figma Support Team,
I cannot receive the Figma registration email, so I’m unable to complete registration or sign in.

According to our company’s technical team, the issue may be caused by a previous failed email delivery. When I first tried to register, my email address may not have been fully active yet or may have had a temporary issue. This likely caused Figma’s registration email to bounce, and my email may have been added to a bounce suppression list. Since then, I have not been able to receive any Figma registration emails.
I have already submitted a support request. My ticket number is:

I was instructed to send this message:
“Here is my e-mail: (redacted by the moderator due to PII).
Please remove my email from the bounce suppression list.”
However, I have not received any response or resolution yet.
Because I cannot sign in to Figma, I’m also unable to check the status of my support ticket or add more information through the support portal.
Could someone from Figma Support please help remove my email address from the bounce suppression list so I can receive the registration email?
