Connecting Design Libraries to Figma Make

I’m trying to create a Make Kit - starting with our existing libraries from our design system. They are all published in Figma, but only a subset of the libraries are showing up in list when trying to add to the Make Kit. Anyone else running into this problem? Am I missing something? 

I have doublechecked that the libraries are all published. What else could be the cause?
