Hi, I want to ask, I wonder if we can remove the color from On This Page section? Or I need to make specific library color for each project? 

Working on a multi-module SaaS project — what belongs in the shared UI library vs staying local?I'm a UI/UX designer working on a project basis (not in-house) on a health management SaaS platform with 8+ modules. Each module has its own primary color, unique workflows, and some module-specific components alongside shared ones. The dev team is 6+ full-time developers.I used a design-first approach — designed screens iteratively and built the shared component library alongside as a reference and handoff tool, not as a prerequisite to design.The shared library currently covers foundations (colors, typography, spacing, icons), core primitives (buttons, inputs, tables, modals, badges, progress bars), and patterns that recur across multiple modules.The dev team is now pushing for every new component to go into the shared library — including cards and layout patterns that are unique to a single module. I submitted my plugin for review on March 8th, and as of today (March 27th) I still haven't received any feedback from the Figma team. No approval, rejection, or requests for changes.That's over 20 days of waiting, while the submission form indicated a turnaround of 5-10 business days.Could anyone share how long the review process is currently taking? Is this wait time normal right now, or should I follow up somewhere specific?

Hi everyone,I used to copy an image (Ctrl+C from browser or local folder) and then paste it (Ctrl+V) directly into an image component in Figma - like for cards or avatar images - and it would automatically replace the image.But recently, this no longer works. When I try pasting, nothing happens. Now Figma only shows options like “Upload from computer” or “Make an image” (screenshot attached).I’m wondering: is this a recent change or bug in Figma?Is there still a way to paste an image directly into a component without having to upload it manually?Thanks in advance!  

I am using Make. Two images on the site do not appear when I publish while all the others do. Figma has burned all my credits running circles around the same potential fixes which are primarily around asset hash. What are the reasons this could be happening so I can help Figma think differently?

How do I get to see colors defined in extended collections in the ‘Fill’ section?For example- I wanted to add a color from ‘RF Colors’, but the only ones I can see are from the ‘1 Semantic Colors’ section. 

Is there a way to copy Design files and paste it in another project folder, or a option to copy to <Folder Name> just like we have Move to..?

I’m using Figma Professional plan. I tried to give edit access to another person who is also using a professional plan. But it says ‘An admin needs to update this seat so they can edit. How can I resolve it? We don’t belong to the same team.

Hi, I can’t find how to add variables for those two fields. Is it possible?

Our team is noticing that our main design system library is having hundreds of changes flagged in the publishing panel, even after a weekend of not working on the library. The panel shows what’s modified, removed, or added, but isn’t clear what the changes are or what caused them. It’s scary publishing these types of updates because they aren’t coming from our team. Is this something being caused by Figma? How can we feel comfortable publishing so many changes when we weren’t even the ones making them? 

I don’t know if this is a bug or simply a feature I don’t get: Shadows look completely different when applied to a shape with a fill vs. an auto layout of the same dimensions with the same fill. Even stranger, when clip content is applied to the auto layout the shadow looks the same as it does on the shape.Is there anything I can do to ensure a shadow renders the same whether or not it is applied to a shape, a frame or other object? And what’s with the clip content difference? I would have expected the shadow to look different with clip content enabled, not the other way around.I’d be much obliged if anyone could enlighten me.

I’m working on a prototype of a website to purchase tickets for events, and I have the checkout process set up like this:Go to ‘Schedule’,Select the show (in this case, the show for ‘Mello Quake’),Select ‘Add To Cart’, which redirects you to your cart.Note: When adding to cart, this toggles a “Cart” variable to be set to “True”, which will change the ‘Add to Cart’ button to a variant that reads “View in Cart”. Both buttons have an animated hover state.From there, you are able to empty the cart by making the counter in the cart go to ‘0’. A pop up will appear as a warning, letting you know that this will empty the cart, and ask the user if that’s what they want to do. When testing this, I have been hitting “Yes” to empty the cart. I thought the AI worked for designs as well, just like https:sleek.design, but unfortunately for me, what is made, can’t be edited on Figma Design. How do I cancel this subscribtion. When iterating with UI changes with Figma Make, I have to constantly copy either the zip file over to my IDE or manually copy the code changes.Is there anyway I can have my account connected on Cursor and prompt Figma via Cursor chat so it can directly make changes to my codebase.Thanks!

Hi all,I’m running into an issue with Smart Animate that seems to be a recent regression. I’ve used Smart Animate successfully across multiple components in my file, and everything was working fine in Present mode until this past week.Now, some animations that used to work perfectly are either:• Not playing at all, or• Playing incorrectly (e.g. jumpy, incomplete, or skipping interpolation)Here’s what I’ve found through troubleshooting:• The animations still work when I isolate the animated component and test it on its own.• They break only when nested inside more complex parent components (which contain other nested instances).• Detaching the parent instance or simplifying the nesting restores the expected animation behaviour.• Clearing Figma’s cache and restarting the app had no effect.• I haven’t changed anything in the component structure that would explain this — it genuinely seems to have br

Hello Brains Trust, I am stuck.I am trying to get a navigation bar's scroll position to stay at the top of a frame (a prototype website) as one scrolls down. I want the nav bar to be visible at all times, even when scrolled all the way to the bottom of the page - but it just won't. I have done every step recommended:Select the navigation bar instance in the Home frame.
