Hi Everyone 

 

I have recently paid for a Figma pro plan annual. I was able upload videos on the Figma file no problem, but now I suddenly can no longer upload any videos. It says I need to upgrade to a pro plan. But I am already on that plan. Has anyone experienced this? Anyone in Figma can help with this issue?

Hi. Are you sure you tried to upload a video in a file located in your pro team, but not in some other free team?


Ah that was the issue thank you! I was accidently on my free account without realizing
