Context: I’m creating a prototype in Make and want to rebuild using Claude Code.  Currently I download the Make file code and put in the project file and have Claude review it there.  Or I copy the design for a specific screen and paste into a Figma design file and have Clause review via MCP.  I’ve tried using MCP to connect directly to Make file but that isn’t currently supported (from what I can tell) Question: Is there a better way to do this?

Hello Figma Community and Support Team,I am the IT Coordinator at Çözüm Koleji (a K-12 school in Turkey). I applied for the Figma Education plan for our school domain (cozum.k12.tr) about 12 days ago but haven't received any response or verification email.We are in the process of rolling out our centralized design environment. We currently use Microsoft A5, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Cloud. We urgently need the Figma Enterprise features to set up SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning via Microsoft Entra ID, just like we did with our Canva integration.Without the education verification, we cannot proceed with a secure, centralized deployment for our K-12 students. Could a Figma staff member please look into our application or escalate this to the SheerID/Education team? Hi, Figmates?Just wanted to check in with everyone. Has anyone heard any news or teasers of what’s coming next to Figma Sites or CMS?I feel the need to be excited, as I am working heavily on my website and want to understand what I will be able to do next and how.

I have some linking issues that I need help with. I have a paragraph of text and within that paragraph I have highlighted some text to make links to external web pages. Some links work fine because they are only on 1 line, but the other links that span multiple lines of text only work on the first line/row of text when exported to PDF. The other rows beyond the first row do not export as links, but are still underlined like a link would be. They look and work fine in Figma, but lose the link on second and third rows when exported to PDF. I’ve even tried making each row its own link and that doesn’t work either.Odd thing is that exporting the file last week worked just fine with these multiline links but now they don’t work. I don’t recall doing any updates to Figma, but could have been one of those “update on next launch” things that happened. Hopefully this makes sense and that someone else has seen this before. Thanks in advance for any help.

I would like to create a simple component that would have different versions for desktop and mobile. After I add the component to a screen, I can link to a "device" variable and make it adjust automatically. But I would like to link the variant with the variable automatically, so every time a team member add this component to a screen, they wouldn't need to link them manually.  Is this possible?

Hello Figma Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. My Figma account (username: asidle, email: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]) has recently been suspended, and I am currently unable to access my design files. I have already submitted an appeal through the support form (Ticket #1765246), but I have not yet received further information regarding the reason for the suspension. There are important project files in my account that I rely on for ongoing professional work as a UI/UX designer. The suspension has significantly affected my ability to continue my projects. I sincerely believe this may have been triggered unintentionally, as I have always respected Figma’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Hi,  I am using figma pofessional plan since more than 1 year. Whenever i contact the team to extend buffer time after finising my exact billing date, they always help me.  And this time, again i have sent email to them to help me to increase buffer time and still waiting for them to response, support ticket : 1773195 . My team will start work after next 3 hours and my plan is locked now, and lets see if they can help me to reactived and extend the buffer time.  I am waiting for support team to response.   

I edited the Figma Make prototype using the Point and Edit tool to change the background color. I changed it, but upon refreshing the prototype, the old color appears. How to save the change made using the Point and Edit tool, especially in the case of changing the background color? 

My team is looking at ways of better integrating our DS in Figma with Figma’s MCP server, and Figma’s Code Connect feature, specifically.We don’t currently have an organization or enterprise plan, so I was hoping someone who has the knowledge—whether as a Figma team member or an org/enterprise user—might be able to answer this question:In Figma’s Code Connect Feature, can you map a Figma component to a directory in your codebase?  Or does it have to map to a specific file (e.g. could we map a `Button` component to `/DS/Primitives/Button/`, or do we have to map it a specific file like `/DS/Primitives/Button.tsx` or `/DS/Primitives/Button/index.tsx`?Thanks!

Hi!I’m having an issue with colours not displaying correctly when I use the desktop app on my second monitor.I have my laptop (Dell XPS 15, Windows 11) extended to a monitor (ViewSonic VX3211-2K-mhd). On my laptop there are no problems but when I move the window to the second monitor, the entire app doesn’t display colours properly. This seems to be happening only with the Figma desktop app- all other apps I’ve checked show the correct colour profile, including Figma in the browser. Hi! My project disappeared and shows as deleted… It isn’t in trash, or draft. It simple is gone. But in the little window of preview on top bar, it appears the project, it’s there. But doesnt load. During the opening keynote at Schema 2025 (on October 28), the Figma team announced a new left navbar as part of the updated UI, mentioning it would start rolling out the following week.It’s been a few weeks since then, and I’ve already received an app update, but I still don’t see that new sidebar.Is the rollout still in progress, or is there something I need to do to enable it? Hello, I’ve been working on my online clothing store catalog (view-only, no add-to-cart or payment options) on Figma Sites for the past few weeks, and it’s now in the final phase. I’ve published the website, and everything works perfectly except for the product images. Here is the link to my prototype: https://akaipieces.com. For now, only the NEW IN button works. When you click NEW IN, a list of products appears. If you select a product, everything works fine. However, when you go back to the product list and choose another item, the images don’t load the first time. They only appear after refreshing the page. This happens with every subsequent product. I’m using the CMS system to manage information for 25 products. Has anyone experienced this issue before? I’ve tried everything I can think of, but the bug is still there. Thank you

I’m not trying to stir the pot, it’s been 24 hours that I’ve been waiting for my bug report to get looked at and I haven’t heard anything from the Figma support team. Can somebody tell me if you are in the same boat as me? Just want a ETA on when we can get some assistance. Thank you. Ron

Figma's Professional plan has 3 options (Collab, Dev, and Full). I'd like to know if, with the cheapest plan, Collab, I'll be able to see the version history of my Figma files upon subscribing?

Well, I'm learning to use Figma, recreating community projects… but now I got stuck… because I have a component inside another component (it's an ellipse inside a component that moves the ellipse around), but I need to change the size of the ellipse, but i cant…… The constraints show top-left instead of scale… but I don't know how to change it to scale… I have been trying and trying, but I don't know how to do it in order. The ellipse changes size when I modify the component frame. can someone give me a hint about what i can do x.x?

Is it possible to create fonts in Figma like you do with Adobe Illustrator. I want to map an image, say rice. What settings do I need to use?  Not a real designer but good with Figma, so would appreciate as dumbed down steps as possible :)
