im guessing im getting charged monthly for a plugin i used, i cant get a way of canceling it 

Every time i try to open a Community Figma file I get an error. I’ve tried completing resetting the app and I also tried opening from web and the app with the same error.  

Hi, I’ve been trying to contact the sales team to upgrade to an organisation plan. But they haven’t been replying to me at all what’s going on with customer service? I need the upgrade asap I’m a freelancer with a limited company that needs it. 

As of today, my naming structure for components produces leading/trailing spaces in exports when it didn’t previously.Component name: “Documentation / 1A. Screen Example” This used to export like this:Folder “Documentation” containing “1A. Screen Example.pdf” But now, it exports like this:Folder “Documentation ” containing “ 1A. Screen Example.pdf” Until today, I’ve never run into an issue with exports doing this and my components have been named this way in bulk for several years. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Hey team, I’m trying to publish a Figma Make template for my organization to use. I’ve got it in a great state, but I can’t select a Make Kit to add. This is important, as the template will be used by others on my team, and I want to have kits pre-installed. Left sidebar in Figma MakeI see it in other Figma Make files, just not the one that I have all the edits and context for. Hi, I purchased a collab seat and I am unable to Edit my own figma file now. I am the owner of the file but it shows a view only access to my file

I am creating a personal hub where tiles link to various places related to my workflow. Some of these tiles link to Figma files, but Figma Make’s AI agent won’t let me paste Figma URLs in the chat box. I had to bypass it by breaking the URL with specific characters while asking the Figma Make agent to remove those specific characters (Example: giving the agent https://www.figmddda.com/design/WIM and telling it to remove the ‘ddd’). A better solution is Figma just allows us to paste in Figma links then add a dialogue explaining situations where pasting Figma frames would be better - because my situation needs the Figma URL, not a frame.

When creating an interaction using open overlay, the animation in the overlay screen does not work. Please fix!

I copy a frame as an image and try to paste that image into a fill image property of another frame but this doesn’t work anymore. Even copy image from other source (from the browser, from computer) isn’t working too. I’m using Figma app on Windows

I’m having a hard time finding a solution for the specific problem. And it’s about the Figma’s present mode. Both in Design document and Slides have the same problem. How is it happening? So, I have my presentation in Figma Design document file type. Once i finished my presentation in Figma. And I want test it in present mode, because I made some animations and moving components. I see that every slide is moving and all the components are moving, except on problem. I’m in the first starting page, I clicked my right arrow button on my mac then all of a sudden blue almost selection like outline appearing around my frame. And once i slightly move my mouse, it disappears again. And even if move my mouse out of the frame and even if I hard reset the Figma, even on web is the same problem. Hi Figma Support & Community Team,We recently upgraded our team workspace (Shift's team) to a monthly Figma Professional Plan ($20.00/month for 1 Full seat under our primary billing account).While configuring team permissions and reviewing file access, an admin from our team accidentally clicked an edit access button. This immediately provisioned a second Full seat.Actions Taken Immediately: We noticed the automatic seat addition right away and downgraded the secondary account back to View access within minutes. The workspace now reflects 1 Assigned Full seat (primary billing account) and 1 unassigned/available seat. Issue: Our upcoming invoice (scheduled for September 14, 2026) currently displays a total of $40.00, which includes a $20.00 Billing adjustment (prorated charge for the momentary second seat). Because this was an accidental click that was immediately reversed, we only intend to maintain 1 Full editor seat ($20/month) for our team.   Could a team member or community

I’m trying to push an update to a Figma Sites file I started a few weeks ago and continue encountering the same error over multiple days. I’ve tried:addressing all critical non-accessibility errors in the meantime I will work on any accessibility errors checking all video files are under 10MB and not using any non-Google fonts (as recommended in this post) checking my components (this post) all components live in the Figma Sites file directly rather than a separate Figma Design file I’ve read through a number of other posts related to this error and am at a loss, so let me know what I might be missing. In the future a more robust error message that specifies the cause or next steps would be appreciated. 

Every time I move or import a component from my Design System into another Figma file, it loses all of its interactions — including click, hover, pressed states, overlays, and other prototype interactions.The component itself, variants, and properties are still there, but the interactions are completely lost or stop working as expected.Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there a specific Figma setting, Library configuration, or limitation that could cause prototype interactions to be lost when moving a component between files?I'd really appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to prevent this from happening.

I want to connect Figma Make with my hosting. Cname and A Record no problem, but domain does not recongnized the TXT info provided. I have contacted support and more than 3 days has passed and no one get back to me. I have provided all the necssary information and screenshot.

Figma Make is stuck. It either returns a connection/API error or it just returns the prompt that I have asked. It is not able to process anything concretely.Can someone help me with this? It has been a very irritating experience and I've been retrying for several hours and nothing moves. I tried to log out my account, tried to switch from desktop to web. But nothing works. I'm on Mac OS btw.  

Hello! I have been trying to be a big advocate for Slots at our organization, and I have been enjoying the flexibility they bring. That said, there are some interaction aspects of Slots that are making the overall experience of using Figma worse. These seem like a Bug.The one I want to point out there is “selecting other elements becomes harder when a Slot is in place”. When trying to select layers on a totally different frame or section, if there is a Slot in a component “under” those layers on a different frame, dragging a box out selects both groups of items, which doesn’t make any sense to me.If you take that same scenario and detach the component, the problem no longer exists. This seems like an inconsistency with how Slots are architected in Figma, or something. Really frustrating!The recording below perfectly demonstrates this issue.

When I invite a new user to a Figma team and give them access to the entire project and its folders, the folder contents are not displayed consistently.Some folders appear completely empty, while others only show some of the files. In some cases, all files are visible as expected. The user has editing access to the team/project, but they still cannot see all of the files and folders they should have access to.As a workaround, I have to manually invite the user to individual folders again, even though they already have editing access at the team/project level.

Hi Figma support,We are having a issue with in prototype mode for specific flow when navigating with keyboard arrow left and right voor next or previous frame in the flow. Description of the bug/issue When navigation through a prototype with your arrow keys left or right. I’m trying to transfer a project from a team on the Organization plan to a team on the Professional plan. I enter the link and email address, but Figma shows the following error:“You cannot transfer to this organization at this moment. Please contact support for more details.”The same error appears when I try to send a copy to this team.

I am experiencing an issue with my student verification status on my Figma account.My student verification was approved through SheerID on Aug 13 , 2026, under my university email but when logged in i don’t get to see the student benifits available to me please help me out it’s an urgent
