Hey everyone,I've been dealing with a frustrating bug lately and wanted to post here to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing — and to get it on Figma's radar if it hasn't been reported yet.---**The Bug**Components from my shared library that are set to **Fill container** (horizontal) are not rendering correctly when a file is opened. They appear collapsed or incorrectly sized — but the Fill property is still correctly set. The moment I click anywhere on the affected frame, it instantly snaps into its correct filled state. No property changes, no workarounds — just a click.I've attached a short screen recording that shows this clearly: a **Save and Cancel button pair** is initially invisible inside their container, and after I click the frame they snap into the correct position immediately.---**Why It's a Big Deal for My Workflow**This is causing real problems for our design-to-dev handoff. When running a prototype in the Figma design file, the prototype sometimes launches from unrelated pages instead of the intended starting frame.Steps to reproduce: Open the Figma design file. Click Present / Play Prototype. Expect the prototype to start from the configured starting frame. Actual result:Instead of starting from the intended frame, the prototype repeatedly opens the same two unrelated pages/frames. The correct prototype flow cannot be accessed while this occurs.Expected result:The prototype should launch from the defined starting frame and follow the configured interactions.Workaround:Closing the file and reopening it temporarily resolves the issue, after which the prototype behaves normally. However, the issue reappears intermittently during later sessions. 

We have purchased multiple licenses and needs to merge them into a single account.

I cannot use Figma Desktop on my company device, where CrowdStrike antyvirus blocks it ​​From the IT dept i received more detailed info  Can anyone provide me help with this one as I cannot access Figma Support to open direct case for this. 

Hello, My friend shared me project with variables and it doesn't work for me, he can update variables and i cant. I wrote in variables what i need and it didn't change in the final version. He have paid version and i am running on free version. Maybe there will be issue? I have desktop version and i tried online version, on both versions is the same problem.  Thank You

Hi. for the past week I've been having an issue with viewing prototype flows using the 'Present' button (please see the video link to help illustrate the issue I'm having).https://www.loom.com/share/ff7e9f4d19474864b3f08c44fe231811Basically when I click the 'Present' button, rather than opening the selected flow it instead opens two tabs in Figma. One tab is blank and the other one is the first cover page within the Figma file itself (not the flow). I also get the same issue when launching a preview of the flow (this part works ok) and then clicking 'open in presentation view'. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you fix it?Cheers!

I upgraded my Figma account to the Education plan a while ago. I think I selected the wrong education level during signup (high school instead of higher education).I am currently in higher education and I want to use Figma Make, but I do not receive any credits.Could you check my account and help me switch to the correct education plan so I can access the credits?

I submitted two different plugins for review over two weeks ago, and both are still in the "Pending Review" status.I understand that the process typically takes 5–10 business days, but since it has exceeded that timeframe without any updates or feedback, I wanted to check if there is a general backlog or if there might be an issue with my submissions.Has anyone else experienced similar delays recently? I’m experiencing a recurring issue in a Figma Make project after extensive usage within a single project file.In this project, I have run over 1000 prompts+. However, when attempting to run the next prompt, the execution repeatedly fails. Each retry shows the following error message:“Couldn’t connect, check your internet and try again”(A new Request ID is generated each time.)This issue occurs consistently, even after multiple retries, and does not appear to be related to my local internet connection.I have checked my connection settings, and everything appears to be working correctly (based on support replies in https://forum.figma.com/ask-the-community-7/figma-make-ai-couldnt-connect-check-your-internet-and-try-again-arg

Even after downgrading my subscription and sending multiple follow-up requests to cancel - without any response from a real person. I’ve been forced to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Logged a support ticket to no avail, this needs to be resolved.

After the recent update, a critical bug has appeared: it is no longer possible to export Figma Slides to JPEG/PNG in bulk. Images are missing, and presentations are exported without them.Our company uses a paid version of Figma, and unfortunately this issue occurs across all plans. We work with large presentations (30 to 100+ slides), and we are now forced to export each slide individually.This is significantly impacting our delivery timelines and overall workflow efficiency. Please address this issue as soon as possible.It is extremely frustrating to repeatedly explain that the only tool capable of handling these tasks is currently malfunctioning.We expect a prompt resolution.

Hello Team, i have this error for already 24 hours and i can’t work in Figma!!I restarted the app many times but without any luck. How can i solve this?  

I recently created and published and design system Kit so that everybody in my organization can use it on Figma Make. But this kit does not appear on already existing Make files. It’s appearing though when I start new Make file. I also tried to duplicate my existing file but the kit doesn’t show up neither.

I have already completed verification through SheerID successfully, but I still cannot use the Figma Student benefits on my account. At the moment, the student plan does not appear to be activated, even though my verification has been approved. I would appreciate it if you could check my account status and help resolve this issue. Please let me know whether there are any additional steps required from my side.

"I encountered an issue with my AI credits while working in Figma. Before my last prompt, I had approximately 6.8k credits. I used a prompt that should have cost 80 credits, but instead, it drained 100% of my remaining balance. This is not the first time this glitch has occurred. Could you please investigate and restore my credits?"

HiMy account ([redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]) still shows starter plan instead of the professional plan. I verified through sheer ID in which it was approve but still shows the account in starter plan. I tried to re verify but keeps says exceeded the limits for verification. Can my verification be migrated to this account.  Have open tickets but no one has responded . Request assistance. One of my open tickets with screenshot is # 1850783. Thanks

Hello! I have been trying to be a big advocate for Slots at our organization, and I have been enjoying the flexibility they bring. That said, there are some interaction aspects of Slots that are making the overall experience of using Figma worse. These seem like a Bug.The one I want to point out there is “selecting other elements becomes harder when a Slot is in place”. When trying to select layers on a totally different frame or section, if there is a Slot in a component “under” those layers on a different frame, dragging a box out selects both groups of items, which doesn’t make any sense to me.If you take that same scenario and detach the component, the problem no longer exists. This seems like an inconsistency with how Slots are architected in Figma, or something. Really frustrating!The recording below perfectly demonstrates this issue.

After updating Claude Desktop to the latest version (April 14, 2026), the Figma MCP extension (v1.0.4) starts successfully but never responds to tool calls. The server initializes, lists tools, and then times out on every subsequent request. After using Figma’s “Make AI” feature for ca. 10 prompts, my credits dropped significantly to 1,220. Notably, my last prompt alone consumed 136 AI credits, which is unusually high.For context, this level of usage is extremely high compared to other AI tools we currently use. Under our Pro Plan, 3,000 AI credits should equate to roughly 30 prompts based on the current credit logic. Even when considering higher-tier plans, the numbers still appear disproportionate:Organization Plan: ~35 prompts × 100 AI credits Enterprise Plan: ~42–43 promptsAdditionally, 2–3 months ago, AI credit consumption was much more consistent and transparent.
