I'm using the free account have created my first slide but I dont see the "publish to community" button

Hello :) 

I use the Figma starter version for personal designs. I’ve created a presentation to publish for the community. But I don’t see the “publish to community” button on that file. I am the owner of the file and did check the Figma guidelines and rules on publishing. Can someone help out here?
