Hi everyone, I’m running into a strange issue while working on a small side project — a mobile UI concept for a game prototype called TABS Pocket Edition APK. I exported some UI assets (buttons, icons, and a few layout elements) from the original build to test how they’d look in a Figma prototype.However, after importing them into Figma, the colors and shadows appear slightly different — almost “washed out” — compared to the original assets. Imported via both drag-and-drop and “Place Image” option. Disabled Figma’s color management in preferences. Has anyone experienced this kind of color/contrast shift when bringing in mobile game UI assets?Any advice on settings or export formats that preserve the exact colors would be super helpful. Hi Figma Support, I was collaborating on a file named "Prisoner App" (link below). I accidentally removed the person who originally owned the file, not realizing they were the owner. Now, the file is no longer visible to either of us — it doesn't appear in Trash, Drafts, or Projects, and we can't access it via the link. For accessibility, I zoom in to my Figma UI to make text and icons easier to read, however, having done this, my Figma Make preview also does this. How can I prevent this from happening? Figma Design does not scale my canvases or content and I’d like Make to do the same.

Hi, on a ComponentNode (inside a ComponentSetNode) the node property variantProperties has been deprecated (https://www.figma.com/plugin-docs/api/properties/nodes-variantproperties/) but is there no other way to get the active variant properties of a component node? The doc suggests use componentProperties instead but that node property does not exist on a component node inside a component set node.

Hi, everyone! I got a new phone, installed the Figma mobile app on it, and logged in, but every time I try to use the Mirror function, I get this error, saying Update or switch browsers. I tried everything, updated the browsers, switched between Opera and Chrome, logged in and out and nothing seemed to work. (My phone is Xiaomi Mi9 lite, with Android 10) Do you have any idea how to resolve this issue?

In the previous version i can able to paste the vectors as vectors from adobe illustrator but now it’s not working its getting pasted as image.. IS anyone facing the same issue??.. how to resolve this because that helps a lot

Hello! I have a Figma Pro account registered to the email address [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. I just renewed the plan today and now I’m having an issue with that email. I originally created it solely to use the Figma account, but when I tried to change it to a new email I’m using now, the verification step sends a code to [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] and says that this address no longer exists on Gmail. I can’t access it, nor can I recreate it. In short, I’m unable to update the email on my account and need assistance. I’d like to switch it to[redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. I’ve already sent two support requests but haven’t received a response. Could you please help me change my account email? Thank you very much, and I look forward to your reply!

When I created my educational plan with my school it was created ultil 2026 but today I have received an email informing that my education plan will expired in 4 weeks. Did you change the politics?

I’m hoping someone can clarify this for me. I used to copy objects from Adobe Illustrator with Cmd +C and paste them into Figma with Cmd +V, and they would arrive as editable vectors. I’m absolutely certain this worked before. Lately, though, every paste comes in as a flattened image instead of vectors. Nothing in my workflow has changed, so I’m starting to wonder if I’m losing my mind! Has Figma (or Illustrator) changed something recently? Is there a setting or workaround I’m missing? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi. We’ve built a large design library in our company’s organization account, inside one team and project. Now, we want to move this library to a dedicated “design system” team and project so it’s easier to manage and share across all departments (other Figma teams). Some teams are already using components from this library. Is it possible to move the library: a) to a different team, orb) to a different project within the same team… without breaking or detaching the existing component links in other files? Hi, I´ve made a card, which wraps at lower width. I created a component. And the I put serveral of this elements into a frame, but at lower sizes the elements are wrapping, but not the element (component) itself. Where do I have what to change? Thanks a lot Michael

Since the latest update, Figma keeps reloading unexpectedly. Whether I’m zooming in, adding a new image, or doing anything else, it randomly reloads, shows a black screen, and then reloads the file.

Hi Figma Community, I’m working on translating the Arco Design System from Chinese to English. This includes: All the text content inside layers AND the component properties (property names and their option values) So far, the only method I’ve found is to manually select each component, then copy-paste the property name and each of its possible values one by one. This process is extremely slow and tedious. Is there a more efficient way — maybe a plugin, script, or workflow — to bulk translate both text layers and component properties in Figma? Any advice or pointers would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi, I am quite new to Figma and trying to create a prototype as follows (I tried to make it clear with the picture). The top bar should not move and stay fix. The bottom blue part should scroll vertically as a usual website. The orange part should be part of the vertical scroll but at the same time it should be possible to swipe the images from right to left without anything else moving. I tried around for a bit but I’m not able to find the correct settings. Could anyone help on this? Thanks a lot!

I’ve already implemented PDF export for a single selected slide, and that works fine. However, I’m struggling to figure out how to implement functionality similar to Figma’s native PDF export — specifically the option where each selected frame (slide) is exported as a separate page in a single PDF. I can’t rely on third-party plugins and want to build this logic myself. Hi I was wondering if anyone else has experienced issues with blurry PNG downloads. Everything was working fine one day, and then the downloads stopped performing correctly. I contacted support three weeks ago and have since been passed between three different representatives. I have been asked to perform the same troubleshooting steps and provide screenshots and recordings multiple times. I've done everything they've asked, yet no matter what computer (desktop or browser) I use, I cannot get a clear PNG download. In my last interaction, I expressed my concern that this back-and-forth communication has become inefficient and unproductive. They ignored this feedback and again asked me to repeat a process I had already sent them a recording of completing. We are now three weeks in, and it feels as though the issue is still in the initial "tell me about your issue" phase, with no mention of an actual investigation. Please help, I need a proper PNG download!

This is just a bug report (if this belongs somewhere else happy to submit this there) The Mobile Product Review Slides template uses Whyte as the title font but that’s unavailable for most users. I’ve been using IBM Plex Serif as a replacement, but anyway, worth changing so users don’t run into this bug in the future.

Hi,Our team has been creating multiple pages using Figma Make. However, we realized that all the pages are in separate files, and we can’t figure out how to connect them with Prototype mode. We want to: Combine several Make pages (Landing, Dashboard, Courses, etc.) into one Design file. Add Prototype links between the frames (e.g., from the Landing page to the Dashboard). Is there a way to convert or duplicate Make files into regular Figma Design files so that we can use the Prototype feature?
