Is it no longer possible to edit hex codes for fill/stroke directly in the right sidebar?

Instead of becoming editable, clicking the hex code now opens the colour picker for me.

I use my colour picker in HSB mode, so have always greatly appreciated being able to edit hex codes in the right sidebar (with one click) without having to enter and change the mode of my colour picker.

This seemingly innocuous update really affects my workflow.

I don’t see why the hex code can’t remain editable for efficiency’s sake.
