Hi, I am quite new to Figma and trying to create a prototype as follows (I tried to make it clear with the picture). The top bar should not move and stay fix. 
The bottom blue part should scroll vertically as a usual website. The orange part should be part of the vertical scroll but at the same time it should be possible to swipe the images from right to left without anything else moving. 
I tried around for a bit but I’m not able to find the correct settings. Could anyone help on this? Thanks a lot!
