Hi, 

 

My Figma account has been dormant for months, and i was surprised to see a charge of ~$211 USD to my card appear. No contact from Figma before or after the transaction either.

 

I investigated, and it’s that my _team_ has an annual cost, fine. I bit annoyed that i didn’t get a “You’re about to renew” email, or a “thanks for renewing” email, but fine.

I reached out to support to get a refund via the contact form here. Twice. No response (or receipt that they received my message) either time. It feels like i’m shouting into the void.

I searched the forums and saw that people who post here get a response so i’m trying that.

I haven’t used my Team for ~4months, and don’t intend to use it in the future. I’ve been charged for it. I’d like this to be refunded. How can I make this happen?

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve experienced.

I understand you're dealing with an unexpected charge and haven’t been able to get a response through the support form.

 

I looked into your tickets and it appears that our replies were rejected by your email server, which may explain why you didn’t receive any confirmation or response. According to our logs, a reminder email was also sent prior to the renewal, but it seems that message was rejected as well.

If possible, could you please share an active email address via private message where we can reach you? I’d be happy to pass it along to our specialist so they can follow up with you directly and assist further.
