Hello!

I have a Figma Pro account registered to the email address [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. I just renewed the plan today and now I’m having an issue with that email. I originally created it solely to use the Figma account, but when I tried to change it to a new email I’m using now, the verification step sends a code to 3redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] and says that this address no longer exists on Gmail. I can’t access it, nor can I recreate it.

In short, I’m unable to update the email on my account and need assistance. I’d like to switch it torredacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. I’ve already sent two support requests but haven’t received a response.

Could you please help me change my account email?

I didn't receive it. I specified there that the email address for the account where Figma is active, but I don't have access. The email account no longer exists and I need to replace it.

If you sent the reply to the email address that Figma is active, I won't receive it.

But if you send it to the email address I specified here and am contacting you, I will have access to it.

I'm waiting, thank you for your reply.
