Bug DescriptionI have built a prototype using components and variables. Specifically, the situation involves one component being hidden and another displayed. These components are linked to another library.The Issue:Text within the displayed component is no longer visible, leaving the field blank. (See attached screenshot.) This issue does not occur on Mac, in Chrome browser, or in the Figma app. However, the bug appears on Windows devices, particularly in Edge browser. Additionally, the issue seems to affect external users who are not logged into Figma.Since this is a test file, the issue occurs consistently (100% of the time). Impact and ChallengesThis bug has already consumed significant time and resources. The client is very dissatisfied with Figma’s performance, as similar bugs have occurred in prototypes before, making such issues hard to predict.Request for SupportWhat can I do to resolve this issue without:Detaching all components, or Converting the text fields to static layers

I am conducting user tests, and getting a bug when using a mobile web browser. The page will try loading repeatedly and crash. Yesterday the same prototype was working fine in a mobile browser, and at the moment the same prototype preview is working well in a desktop browser. On my end, this is quite time sensitive, as I have back to back user tests booked all week. I get a message that states a problem repeatedly occurred on “…”

Experiencing issues in Figma with local components, in particular where they were looked correct for a long time and now nearly every day when you open the file they appear broken across all the screens but when but you click into the component it fixes itself?Tried reloading the file / tab and doing the click into the component fix but next day it’s broken again.Any reason why it keeps happening when it was fine before?

If you create a button component with a variant for a pressed state and add a "Change to" action to make it interactive, the placed instance will remain in its pressed state when an "On click" action is applied.Steps to reproduce:1. I created a subcomponent with autolayout and organized a menu of images registered together with those components.Obviously, I made it in left alignment and it kept looking like that, but at some point when I turned it off and turned it back on, the components were randomly aligned to the right.The main component remains the same, but only in all instances it looks like this. What's wrong with that? instance main component 

Hello, my computer is Mac, and my Figma cannot read local fonts in the browser, but it can read them on the client. What's going on? I uninstalled and reinstalled the font program in the browser, but the problem still didn't get solved. I restarted the Mac, but the problem didn't get solved either.

Hi Team,I hope this messages finds you all in good Health.I have experienced a very unexpected thing, one of my figma design file disappeared from our Team’s Paid Project. No one deleted that file nor someone have moved it somewhere else. Is there’s a possibility for the file to get removed or something. I need to get that file back which contains alot of our company work.Waiting for quick response.

I suddenly can't use the Esc button to deselect things, as I'm used to. I’ve tried to restart both figma and my mac (I know it’s stupid but it does work sometimes). I also saw that in my shortcut list the shortcut is there, active, but for some reasons… it just stopped working randomly.Does anyone know how to fix it?Thanks!

Hello,I want to display a simple popup after a one-second delay on a page. The popup displays well after one second, but as soon as I close it, the 1 sec delay restarts and the popup reappears without stopping in a loop.

 I created a frame that has an ‘outside’ stroke. That is, the stroke is outside the frame:However, when the image is exported, the frame is included in the final file. This seems like a bug.  Exported image: 

Issue Description:Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with Dev Mode in Figma: it has stopped loading code, even though it worked fine before. No matter which code type I select (HTML/CSS, React, Swift, etc.) in the Dev resources → Code panel, the field remains empty.Key observations:The loading indicator spins, but in the end, the code section remains blank. I have tried different Dev Mode plugins (e.g., Figma to Code, Figma Tokens, etc.), but none of them load the code. Currently facing an issue where, after a certain number of embeds are put into one Confluence page, the embeds inconsistently break and stay blank. It doesn’t matter if I use the native iframe or a third-party app to embed, the issue is the same. I know the permissions are correct because they DO load from time to time, or the embeds will take turns working.When the embed doesn’t load, this little sad face appears on the cornerI don’t know if this is a Figma issue or a Confluence issue. Any solves?

As per the subject, problem displaying proto in new Firefox 136.0 update (aarch64) on Mac OSX SEQUOIA 15.3.1Attached image  

This may seem like a small gripe, but it drives me crazy on a daily basis. When editing a textbox in the canvas, hitting Esc. commits your changes, and exits editing more. When editing a layer name however, Esc. discards your changes, and exits. When editing a section name Esc. commits changes as well. When editing a variable value it discards your changes. When editing a frame name in the canvas it commits your changes. It would save me lots of heartache and re-typing if you just made Esc. commit changes all the time. Or visa versa and I would eventually learn. But making that interaction different in the canvas and out of the canvas is infuriating.

I can’t change the underline color from Selection Colors. Changing the color there doesn’t trigger any changes[redacted the file URL]

The top navigation bar in figma is missing. When I google how to make them appear, I can only find information on the side UI panels, not the top one. Has anyone had this issue and knows how to fix it? I am on the professional plan. 

Why is my Figma Frame set to 1552px wide, but when I export it as PNG, the downloaded image size reduces to 1232px, even though my export settings are correct and set to 1x?

I can’t open my plugins. it is giving me an error message saying it is unable to load in the environment

Hi Figma, I’m adding Spring animation support to Prototyper transition.easing.type = 'GENTLE', 'QUICK'... But I find that the transition.duration field does not respect the value I assign to it. For example: When I set transition.duration to 0.2 (200ms) in code, the field is set correctly i.e. to 0.2. But in Figma’s Interaction Modal, the value displayed is 1200ms. When the prototype is played, the interaction also plays at 1200ms. This behavior is unexpected. And the relevant API documentation do not describe how to accurately set spring animation duration. Can someone help me understand how to implement duration correctly?
