Somehow my Figma account got split into 2 profiles a “team” and a “me” profile. This was never meant to happen, and now its effecting my pro membership as I’m attempting to add team members. Is it possible to combine these two profiles to make it easier to manage my team?

From what I can see, the team is helping you move your seat to the correct team, and update your billing setup to match your intended configuration.
