We have purchased 7 professional seat of Figma on monthly plan and on 12th June I Requested to switch monthly to annual plan but still charged monthly in June 2026 invoice.

 

Looking for earliest reply.

A correction needed in June 2026 invoice as I requested on June 12 to switch all our 7 Professional seat to be billed at annually.

We will pay pending amount once we receive updated invoice for June 2026.
