Hi Figma support team,
I recently subscribed to the Figma Professional plan and was charged $20. After testing the features, I found that the plan does not meet my expectations and needs for my current workflow, so I decided to cancel my subscription.
Since I will not be using the paid features, I would like to kindly request a refund for the $20 charge. I noticed that similar refund requests for professional plans have been resolved positively in this community, and I hope my case can be reviewed as well.
