The user accidentally purchased a Figma plan and is requesting to cancel the subscription and receive a refund. They acknowledged Figma's non-refundable policy and asked to be connected with a team member to review their case.

I can see you've already submitted a support ticket (ticket #1979470), someone from our team will be reviewing your case and getting back to you there.

In the meantime, if you'd like to cancel the plan yourself from the admin settings. Here's how:

  1. Go to your team in the file browser and click Admin
  2. Select the Settings tab
  3. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan and follow the prompts

This will schedule your team to downgrade to the free Starter plan at the end of your current billing period, it won't delete your files. For a full overview of what changes on Starter (file limits, published sites, etc.), Upgrade or downgrade your plan has all the details.

Keep an eye on your inbox for an update from the team on your ticket.
