Re-registration of deleted account

Hi. I deleted my account yesterday and I need to use that email to have access to figma and create a new account again. I did it by mistake, need now to have available this email to create a new account.

I tried to do it in different browsers, incognito browser and cleaning cache. My number of ticket is 1940194

I completely understand the urgency here. We generally recommend waiting a full 24 hours before trying to create a new account with the same email address that you used previously. It can take a bit of time for the account deletion to fully process. How many hours has it been? 
 

If it’s still within the first 24 hours, please continue to wait, before attempting to create the account. But if a full 24 hours has lready passed, please let me know. I can escalate your existing support ticket (#1940194) to try and get you connected with our team on priority.

Hi! How are you? Hope you’re doing great.
I delete the account on Monday and received the email confirmation at 2:39 p.m. I tried to use this email yesterday during the day without success.

Today I tried again in base of the response I received from the Figma Support Team but the platform informs me the same message: Your request has been fail.

Could you escalate my supporting ticket so I can create a new account? Thank you so much! Best, Rocío.

I have the same problem with my different email account, I have already tried the methods recommended in other topics (another browser, another device, incognito mode, wait a day), but nothing worked. Can you help me?
