I am working on a Figma Slides presentation, worked on at all yesterday it auto saved absolutely fine.I've worked on it today from nine till 2:30pm. I had to restart my computer and after restarting the latest auto save is at 9:30am this morning so I've lost 5 hours worth of work. Is there anyway to recover this? The version history has a gap from 9:30 till after a restarted my computer, noting else in drafts.

This seems like a bug or regression, and it messed up with my prototype. For testing, I made a very simple interactive component with only 2 states: default selected Inside the component, the interaction is: Default: On click -> Change to selected Selected: On click -> Change to default Then I placed an instance on a frame and added: On click -> Open overlay Figma shows the warning:This interaction will not be triggered as interactions on instances are triggered before inherited internal interactions. But in preview, when I click the instance: the overlay opens and the component still changes state / color So the inherited internal click interaction is still firing even though Figma says it will not. I used Figma Draw to create some files, last opened on 2024-10-28, and I logged in yesterday after last login was at end of October.I can’t see any files in my account, nor in Thrash section. In case it was a soft-delete triggered by system, could you restore the file. I am not sure what was the file name, I think it should be “blodsharg”. Update: I got it back. It was a browser caching issue and as soon as I posted this I solved it. Woof. I was working in this file 6 hours ago and the version history shows an autosave then. I came back just now to make some changes and the entire draft is blank and so are all of the versions. I’ve worked in this file over the last three days and the list says that there are 14 autosave versions, but all of them are empty. This is a student project that is due on Monday and I have lost everything. I used the chat bot and tried everything it suggested (restoring to a previous version, restoring from the file manager, opening the file in thumbnail mode, checked the trash, etc.) and nothing has worked. Help please! I’m using the browser version in Firefox and I’m on a Mac, if that is helpful. The file lives in a project that only I have access to, so it is not possible that someone else moved it.
Hello, I’d like some clarification regarding how AI credits are handled for team members within a professional license team with Full seats. A team leader purchases a professional license and a Full seat for a team member. If the team member has a starter account, do they only have access to the starter account AI credits, or do they get the full 3,000 credits per month since they have a full seat in the team?
I’m running into an issue while trying to purchase additional tickets.I already bought one ticket for Figma Config successfully, but when I try to purchase another, I’m automatically redirected to the Success page without going through the actual checkout flow. This happens consistently, even when I try from incognito mode and a different browser.Is there a limit on the number of tickets per account, or could this be some kind of caching/session issue? My organization wanted to rely on Figjam to post notifications to a Slack channel for transparency to the team (particularly for those who dont have time to peruse FigJam but need to be informed).Unfortunately, it seems we only see notifications maybe 1 out of 10 comments from FigJam. I have confirmed we have the channels all set up and properly subscribed to the correct files. I have even conducted a successful test, so it seemed promising, but after attempting to utilize it for a couple weeks now, I’m finding the comments rarely post to the channels even though I’ve set it up to post in real time.I am at least getting the comments I am @’ed on directly in the Figma app messages in Slack, but the channels are incredibly unreliable. Is this a known issue or is there something I’m misunderstanding on how this channel integration should function?

Hi, when copying a Screen from Make to Design the Layer Names are let’s say “improvable”. We are actually using our Design System Webcomponents via npm registry within Make. So e.g. a Button is then using our <tsButton>, which is great. But when i copy the screen into a Figma Design File I get Names like “Container”, “Slot”, … which are well just not quite what I am striving for.Any way to make Make use better names - or at best - the correct Component names? I’m using Figma Make and repeatedly getting a red banner: “Something went wrong” with a Request ID. When this happens, Make fails to apply changes / preview breaks. In DevTools console I’m seeing repeated WebSocket connection failures (multiplayer + makeproxy) and an HTTP 500 error on a resource ID. This prevents me from continuing work in Make. What I’ve tried already: Hard refresh / reload Try again button Tried different browser (Chrome) / Incognito Disabled VPN/adblock/private relay Switched network (hotspot) Duplicated file What can I do?
Deleting an element inside a slot cannot be undone through Undo function.
I noticed that after the last update some of my nested components are broken in sizing/scaling. I would reload my library after publishing and half the instance across various screens would take off. Specifically the components are getting bigger somehow. For instance this image component, nested in a product card, should be as is in the version on the bottom, after reloading the component from the ds library the image is bigger. Or the stamp in the footer is correctly inserted in the beige space in DS itself but as an instance it seems to enlarge quite a bit. This happens with images, icons, other assets like stamps etc. It seems that it needs me to manually redo everything now (copy-pasting from DS library, editing etc) and i do not have that type of time/budget for this big of a project.
Figma Make has not been working for me for the past two days. When I enter a prompt, it creates the app but does not display the preview. Additionally, it is unable to open any existing designs previously created in Make.Error : Could not load make Refresh preview
