Report a Problem

I’ve been using Figma for almost 6 years, the real value of Figma was its performance but after the recent Config and different features I see how it’s running really slow. Presenting Figma designs in the meetings by sharing your screen is almost impossible.I’ve cleared the cache, restarted the Figma, linked accounts from 0 but the performance is still the same. It happens not only on my paid account but also in the Free ones.I’m using desktop app only, performance issues are only in the Figma, laptop has no issues with working on other apps.

Hi, the member of staff with admin access has left, are you able to either give me admin access or reassign his account?

Dear Support Team,I am writing to request a refund for the charge processed on June 25, 2026, for the Professional Team monthly plan.Previously, I purchased a new plan because I needed to create a new project for a school assignment. At that time, I did not fully review the details of the plan and simply chose what I thought was the most affordable option. I also remember being charged approximately KRW 30,000 on the day of purchase, so I expected a similar amount to be charged this month. However, I was surprised to see that I was recently charged USD 133. This charge was completely unexpected, and I would like to kindly request a refund for this recent payment. As a student, this is a significant financial burden for me. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my account history and consider issuing a refund for the recent charge.Additionally, please confirm that my Professional plan has been canceled and that there will be no future renewals or charges.Thank you very much fo

I raised Ticket #1979449 regarding an urgent issue, but I haven't received any response yet. This matter is critical for our organization and is impacting our work. Could someone please review the ticket and provide an update as soon as possible?

all make fies have this error：ID 5a35c857-93b3-431f-8e63-f76d82d4c943

This happens on any files, including newly created ones. It always provides an ID, e.g. (bc69a0fe-a394-4c29-9a98-6d0dfa8e7fc0)Devtools reports a 403 for the response.

I work for a company that has a Pro account on Figma, unfortunately some members have left and I do not know who was the admin and I cannot get the admin rights to manage the team.I am connected to the workspace and I have access to it but how could I retrieve the data about who is in the team and how can I get admin rights to the team to manage the users? Many thanks,Remus Davidescu

I have users that I have previously added, but can no longer remove them or change their access. I can also no longer edit a project for which I am the owner.

Hi Figma Support Team,I received the error message: "Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer."

HeySo I was trying this Weave tool out. It runs but then shows this error. What is the problem? Is it because I used human faces? Kindly guide me

Hi,A colleague of mine tried to reset her password but did not receive the reset email, and she is now locked out of Figma.Would it be okay for me to share her name and email address so we can get support for her account?Thank you.

Hello, we received a past due invoice (#5F3CC69C-0027) for 4 seats on our Professional annual plan. However, our team actually only uses 2 seats, and the other 2 were unassigned seats that we did not intend to renew. The system does not allow us to reduce the seat count on this past due invoice ourselves. Could you please modify this invoice to 2 seats ($384.00) so that we can make the payment immediately? Thank you.

Hello,A figma file i had has just disappeared. I think it was in a different team of maybe education. I can’t remember. But there is only one team showing right now. I have checked the trash and everywhere else. Can’t find the other team or the file that disappeared. It has been a few months since i needed it so i only noticed today that it was gone.P.S. I really despise the whole team thing, it really confuses everything for me. Takes the simplicity out of figma. A year ago i deleted a duplicate account and an important file got deleted with it, even though i had transferred the ownership. I really hope figma finds a way to get around this crazy thing. PLEASE.

Earlier this week, the Code on canvas feature was enabled for me, and I used it to build an important prototype for a project.Since then, the feature appears to have been turned off, and I can no longer access the code for that prototype or retrieve it in Figma Make.I can still see the frame on the canvas, but I no longer see the code, and my coworkers cannot launch the prototype either.Could you help review whether this file can be restored or whether access to the Code on canvas feature can be re-enabled for this prototype?

I’m having issues selecting the proper font. When I click into the Typography selector, I don’t get a drop down of fonts at all.

Hi-I transferred a Figma Project to the client after the project ended. It only had 1 board. They received it successfully but say I’m still the owner. I can see I’m still the owner in an empty team space now. There is no way for me to transfer the ownership to them. I’ve tried in settings and also in admin roles. I had actually deleted the space since I thought I didn’t need it anymore and then reactivated it. Now I’m back in but stuck and unable to transfer the board to them.

Hi,I want to report a critical issue with typing/input in Figma and FigJam on Windows.Problem:Typing becomes extremely laggy or completely unusable Characters are skipped or input behaves unpredictably Sometimes typing only works correctly when holding Ctrl Scroll/zoom behavior also becomes inconsistentImportant observations:The issue starts after a short time of working (initially typing works fine) Affects both Figma desktop app and browsers (Chrome, Edge) Occurs across multiple accounts and different machinesScope:This issue affects over 30 of my students It is not limited to a single setup or device Makes it impossible to conduct classesAdditional detail:Users on iPads do NOT experience this issue at all Other applications (e.g. OneNote) work perfectly fine on the same devices Resetting Windows and reinstalling Figma did NOT fix the issueThis strongly suggests a bug related to keyboard/input handling on Windows (Chromium/Electron environment).Has anyone else experienced this? This i

Hey there,I’ve been trying to merge a larger branch for hours already but when I click on review and merge changes, it loads for quite a bit and then results in that error screen.I tried on desktop and via browser – always the same resultWhen I tried it a few hours before it worked until I clicked on the actual merging button after the conflicts resolving. However I received the same error screen.Under the status page link everything looks fine.Since the latest update it seems that Figma is really getting slower and slower. This really marks a new low in the overall quality.Pls help quickly

Recently our Figma Admin left the Dope Security... she was Admin with full access after she left, we lost access to all Figma files and projects. We want to regain admin access and also to all project and files.

I was working on a design file and then the screen got frozen for a few seconds and later one of the section got disappeared, and I am unable to recover it.

I need to change the owner status to my email.
