I had a strange glitch happen right after a Figma update - when I re-named two files I was working in (getting organized right before I did the final export for a project that had been going on for 9 months), one file refreshed right before my eyes and became duplicated content of the other. (so both are now my draft file content and my final flow is just gone. I have done every thing the chat bots have had me try, and its just gone. I mean you can delete a file and still access for 30 days. It has to be somewhere. But not even getting a response for 10 days … im wroried this flie is going to be gone forever I can’t even get someone to open my ticket.

I have left updates - I am at a loss

Hey Jennifer, Celine from the Figma Community Support team here!  Sorry for the delay. we've been experiencing a higher volume of tickets than usual. I've added a follow-up note to your ticket to escalate the urgency with the team. Your case number is #2009218 for reference.

The support team will be able to look directly into your account and file history to investigate what happened. Please continue the conversation directly via your ticket, thanks for your patience! 🙏

Update: I see in the backend that your issue has been resolved with the support agent. I’ll go ahead and close the topic here!
For visibility here, your contents haven’t disappeared. On your files (both of them), we noticed that there are some pages without a name and one of them contains some frames with some work inside it that you were looking for.
