app keeps crashing wont accept files

To get started, could you share a short screen recording of what happens from the moment you upload to the crash? That'll be the single most helpful artifact you can share.

A couple of quick questions:

• Which app and device are you on — Figma desktop, the Figma mobile app, or a browser? And what OS/version?
• What kind of file are you uploading, and where are you dropping it in?
