How do I become the owner of Figma account for my company?

What do you need from me to remove Tzipi, who no longer works for vHive, and set me as the owner?

Hey @Tomer Daniel , welcome to Figma Forum!

Let’s take a closer look together. If the original team owner has left the company, there are a couple of ways to update ownership:

  1. Recover the original owner's account. If your IT team can forward email from that address, you may be able to reset the password, sign in, and transfer ownership to yourself.
  2. Create a new team. If no one can access that account, an admin can cancel the current subscription, then you create a new team and move the projects over.

There's a full step-by-step for both paths here: Transfer ownership of a team.

Hope this helps move things forward. If you run into any blockers, please get in touch with Product Support via the Support Hub, and include the email address tied to the account — with that, the team can dig into the specifics and advise on next steps. 🙏🏻
