For the past couple of days, some of my Figma files haven't been opening properly.I've already tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the desktop app, and switching browsers.It occasionally opens in the browser or on a guest profile, but even then other pages within the file fail to load.The files are slightly larger than my usual projects, but they were working fine just a few days ago.
Hi, I need to leave the team "IHC" (team ID: 1360788437784275201) but the "Leave team" option doesn't appear anywhere because I only have limited access on this team. Hi! I’m testing a site built with the new Figma Sites feature. I’ve set the top navigation bar as a sticky element and made sure it’s positioned at the very top of the layer tree. In the Layout panel, canvas stacking is set to “First on top.”Canvas stakcking settingsIt looks fine on Figma and Chrome(desktop & laptop)On Safari and mobile browsers, the sticky navigation bar appears underneath the hero section content, even though it’s set to be the topmost layer in the design. On Chrome (desktop & laptop): everything works as intended — the GNB stays sticky and always remains on top. On Safari (desktop & laptop) and all mobile browsers (Safari & Chrome): the GNB is sticky, but appears underneath other layers and is partially or fully hidden. Is there a workaround or fix for this issue? Thanks in advance!

I paid about $5 on March 11th and canceled the plan immediately because I wasn't using it much, but an additional $15.40 was withdrawn on April 11th. I didn't receive any notification, and since this is an unwanted charge, you shouldn't make illegal payments without asking for my consent.Please issue a refund.
Okay, I’ve spent WEEKS problem shooting this with ChatGPT and today I finally found out what was wrong. It was a bug. Nothing I did wrong. So, I wanted to create a link navigation where the hover effect was an underline for the link text. First surpirse was that I couldn’t just do that inside my initial “Navigation button” component, because Figma overhauls text styles to be consistent within a component’s variants. Okay, easy workaround: create a Label component with an instance without underline and one with and use those inside the final button component using the underlined variant only in the “Hover” variant. I learned that interactions should only be done in the main component, not in the “Label” component. Okay, seemed to be working on the test layer, but moving it to the actual design page broke the interaction and nothing happened. Cue weeks of troubleshooting, creating and re-creating components, testing with background colour changes to see if at least the button hover insta
My Figma Make is always giving me this error. Couldn’t reach server, try again in a minute. Its happening from last few months. I have changed internet, cleared cache and also try this on my other computer.

Good Day I asked AI to create 4 instagram posts, by version 5 i was ready to download the content. at this point i had 2000 credits. Figma could not get the content to download, and when we reached version 21 i was told i was out of credits. for 16 versions i asked for the exact same thing and Figma make was unable to solve a simple problem as how to download a file? I would like to have my credits refunded as this was not my fault, i would also like you to have a look at the history of my interaction and advise we are unable to download a file?
I’m using Figma through Firefox on Linux. Dragging the canvas via middle mouse button or just pressing it, inserts a 0 to the middle of the screen. Sometimes it was a different text, I don’t know what it’s based on. This would be nice to fix, now I always have to undo once after every navigation.
Figma Make just reverts to some version automatically even after making changes. This is happening repeatedly. Revert also isn’t consistent with one version, random parts get reverted, some parts don’t. Very frustrating as it is wasting my credits. Attached what Make says about the issue.
Hi,I'm having trouble getting the Figma Desktop MCP integration to connect with Claude.ai.Setup:- Latest version of Figma Desktop (macOS)- Desktop MCP server enabled in settings- Image source set to Local server- Iceberg Master file open with a node selectedIssue:The MCP panel in Dev Mode shows 'Session activity: Not sent' — the session never establishes. When I send a prompt to Claude.ai referencing a Figma node URL, Claude's tools return 'No result received from client-side tool execution' every time.What I've tried:- Restarting Figma Desktop- Re-enabling the MCP server- Selecting different nodes before sending prompts- Starting new Claude.ai conversations- Signing out and back in to Figma DesktopNone of these resolved the issue. The session activity remains 'Not sent' throughout.Could you help me understand why the session isn't being established and how to fix it?Thank you
when i goto see prototype it shows on only 1/4th of screen and buttons are also not in placeit is a big hassle and no matter what i do, i need it to display properly. you can see both frames show properly in edit section but when i showcase it shows only 1/4th of size. i have tried all settings in showcase but nothing works.it is not fixing, anyone help me out
Figma's Slice tool is deleting text from images when I save them. How can I fix this? I've tried everything, even saving as a PDF or the entire frame, as a PNG, etc.

I request to close an unpaid invoice as we no longer are using the plan for the invoice period. I was only hours late to downgrade my plan, it still shows that I need to pay for This month that is April but I don’t wish to as I have not used Figma for this month at all and won’t use it further. I have cancelled the subscription and also removed any seat assignments for the plan. No credits use or other usage of the plan have been done for this period of the invoice. Please help out for this issue by closing or voiding our invoice.Could a Figma Support Specialist please help with this issue and guide what to do here?Thankyou

Hi Team,Multiple users are facing issues with the Figma desktop application. After logging in successfully on the web version, when they try to open Figma on the desktop app, it prompts them to log in via a browser again. Even after logging in multiple times, the same issue persists.I have attached screenshots for your reference. Please look into this on a priority basis, as deliverables are getting delayed and this is impacting the work of multiple users.Thank you.
