Report a Problem

I have a problem: the annual plan renewal for my organization somehow includes taxes now; however, before there weren't any taxes included. I noticed that for some reason, in the "bill to" column, the address was changed - the country, to be exact. In all the previous invoices, the country was Kazakhstan; now it's Russia for some reason. So, to be clear, in the account settings, the billing address is and was correct, but in the invoice it changed, and I guess it started to include taxes based on the incorrectly changed country. How is that even possible, and can it be fixed? The invoice isn't paid yet because of that.I raised a ticket a week ago, and it’s still open without any answer. Invoice ID [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

estava tentando excluir minha conta porém dava erro no processo de exclusão

When I go to take two frames and autolayout, it only registers one frame

I keep getting errors when I try to open a file. It starts to load then it craps out and returns to the main screen. I can’t do anything.

Hello,I am writing to request a refund for an unexpected automatic renewal charge that was made on July 12.I intended to purchase and use Figma for only one month, and I did not believe that automatic renewal was enabled. However, I was charged again automatically on July 12. This renewal was not intentional, and I had no plan to continue using the service.I have not used Figma at all after this charge was made. Because this appears to be an unintended renewal or billing issue, I would appreciate it if you could review this payment and process a refund. Please also cancel any active subscription or renewal on my account to prevent further charges. Please let me know if you need my invoice ID or any additional information.Thank you.

I’m experiencing an issue where some layers or component instances randomly change position after copying and pasting an entire screen/frame from one page to another within the same Figma file. For example, I have a mobile screen on the [design] mobile page that contains a Home Indicator component from Apple’s UI Kit. The indicator is correctly positioned at the bottom of the screen. After copying the entire screen and pasting it into the [dev] mobile page, the Home Indicator unexpectedly jumps to a completely different position near the top of the screen. This happens more frequently with locked layers or component instances, but I have also seen the same issue occur with layers that are not locked. The parent frame keeps the same size and overall structure, but some nested elements are repositioned during the copy/paste operation.Steps to reproduce:Create or use a frame containing nested components or locked layers. Copy the entire frame. Switch to another page in the same Figma file. P

i paid for the 5 dollar monthly subscription just so that i can publish my website that i need by tomorrow. but i cant publish now!!! why

Hi, it seems that background blur doesn't work for sticky layers. I found the exactly the same topic from a year ago-  it would be amazing if you could fix it, please! :)

While I working in a file, I suddenly saw a red error banner that said "Someone Revoked Your Access to This File" and the file closed. I tried reopening the file and it would show the same error and then close the file.I quit Figma and then relaunched it. I tried opening the file again and it seems to be open and running fine now. Just wanted to report this in case there’s a bug.

I am really struggling with the new animation layout and would love an option to hide or disable it, as I do not use animation in my workflow.Additionally, I am having trouble with the Scale tool. Hitting K no longer brings up the panel, making it difficult to scale elements proportionally. The only available option seems to be the Transform tool, but using it adds unwanted keyframes to my elements.

Hard to contact Figma Singapore, I gave my number to Figma Headquarters to forward to Singapore office and yet no contact has been made yet inspite of sending emails ang "contact us" submissions.

URGENT: Unauthorized Subscription Charge Despite Cancellation / Demand for Immediate Refund #2001298, #2001283To Figma Support,On July 7, 2026, I was charged a monthly subscription fee that I absolutely did not authorize. I explicitly canceled the auto-renewal last month in June. How is it possible that this transaction was processed and a credit card receipt was issued despite my clear cancellation?I have already submitted inquiries and sent emails regarding this severe issue, yet Figma has completely ignored my requests. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and frankly, appalling.I am well aware that I am not the only user experiencing this critical system error—numerous other Figma users are currently facing the exact same problem. Why are you failing to cancel and refund these wrongful charges for your users? I demand a proper, actionable resolution immediately, not another generic, automated response. When exactly will the cancellation and refund for this unaut

Hello Figma Avengers! 😃I would like to understand and discuss a few workflow considerations. While working with iterative AI-driven design changes, I observed that restoring a previous version usually brings back the entire version. I wanted to check if there is, or could be, a way to revert to a previous version with selective changes only. For example, if Version 7 included five prompted changes and we are currently on Version 9, can we retain only a few specific changes from Version 7 while excluding the others, without having to restore the full version and then remove unwanted changes through additional prompts?Similarly, is it possible to select and combine specific changes from multiple previous versions, especially when each version contains individual updates?A few related questions and considerations: Since Figma currently restores the full selected version, how many changes should ideally be included in a single prompt for better efficiency and easier version control? Is th

Hi good morning,I met some weird problems when creating the design files. The problem is some texts don’t display and when i click the text itself, then it will show again, and this situation shows lots of times and it is a little bit annoying. There are the steps:1.Create the component and the variables of the button2.Use them in the design file and change the color and font of the text 3.Warp with some auto layout

For days, I keep getting this screen when trying to access one of my figma files. The page doesn’t reload. I tried logging out and logging in, deleting unsused files, etc. nothing works.

I need some help with a billing issue. I switched my subscription back to the $0/free plan, but I’ve still been charged every month anyway - my account seems to revert to the full paid plan without any notification.I submitted a support ticket right after I noticed the charge, but I haven’t heard back yet. There also doesn’t seem to be a clear, straightforward way to cancel the plan from the account settings, which is part of why this keeps happening.I’m hoping to get this resolved: a refund for the unexpected charges, and confirmation that my plan is properly cancelled this time. Thanks.
