Hello, yesterday I once again turned on the payment for a place on the free tariff, apparently I accidentally selected/changed the subscription type in search of a solution to my problem, could you please remove this payment, because after it was charged, I tried to turn it off as quickly as possible

And I would also like to get help from you, I need to use a token to connect to my project using mcp in order to expand the number of available limits, which subscription do I need to purchase, prof full? if I understood correctly, is the fee for additional spaces charged based on the number of pages created within one project or another factor? can I somehow use a subscription with a large number of account limits for a token without buying additional seats?

Hey @Artem_01, thanks for reaching out!

I'm not able to review or adjust anything billing-specific here on the forum, for privacy and security reasons. Could you submit a request through our Support Hub, our customer support team can take a look at this.

In the meantime, you can check your current plan and seats yourself under your team's Admin tab, in the Billing section. The Upgrade or downgrade your plan article walks through how plan and seat changes actually work, if you want the full picture.

Figma's MCP server limits are based on your plan and seat type, not the number of pages or projects you're working in. Here's how it breaks down:

  • Starter plan, or a View/Collab seat on any plan: up to 6 tool calls per month
  • Full or Dev seat on the Professional plan: up to 200 tool calls per day (10 per minute)
  • Full or Dev seat on the Organization plan: up to 200 tool calls per day (15 per minute)
  • Full or Dev seat on the Enterprise plan: up to 600 tool calls per day (20 per minute)

Since you're already on the Professional plan, so you don't need to purchase anything new. The plan itself isn't what's limiting you here. The piece that actually unlocks higher MCP limits is your own seat type on that team, not the plan. It's worth checking under Admin > Members that your seat is set to Full or Dev rather than Collab. You can also confirm this yourself by asking your MCP client to run the whoami tool. It's exempt from rate limits, so checking won't cost you a call.

One more thing worth flagging on your last question: MCP limits don't travel with your account across teams, they're tied to your seat on the specific team that owns the file you're connecting to. So even if you're part of a larger or higher-tier team elsewhere, that won't raise your limit on this project. It's your seat on this project's team that matters.

And on the seat-cost question generally: Figma billing is based on plan type and the number of Full, Dev, and Collab seats on a team. Never on the number of pages you create. The Guide to billing at Figma article covers how plans and seats work together in more detail.

Let me know if anything's still unclear on the MCP side, happy to dig in further here. For the charge, our customer support team will take it from there once you've submitted your request.

Earlier, the forum also helped me and I didn't have to write anywhere else...
